CONDICIONES DE LA GARANTA DE LOS RELOJES RACER

Certificamos que el reloj RACER descrito en el presente libro de garanta est garantizado durante el periodo de 2 aos a partir de la fecha de adquisicin contra todo tipo de defecto de materiales y fabricacin, siempre que el reloj haya sido vendido por un distribuidor oficial RACER. En el periodo de seis meses, el titular de la garanta, podr ejercer su derecho a la sustitucin del objeto adquirido por otro de idnticas caractersticas o en su defecto a la devolucin del precio pagado, nicamente en aquellos supuestos en los que la reparacin efectuada no fuera satisfactoria o el reloj no revistiese las condiciones ptimas para cumplir con el uso al que estuviese destinado, conforme al plazo mnimo de garanta establecido por la Ley de ordenacin del Comercio Minorista, Ley 7/96 de 15 de Enero en su artculo 12.2. Para la utilizacin del servicio de garanta hay que presentar el reloj con el libro de garanta vlido, en el distribuidor oficial donde lo compr en cualquiera de los servicios tcnicos oficiales de la red RACER. El reloj deber ser entregado por el propietario en alguno de los servicios tcnicos oficiales RACER (vase pginas 22 a 27).

1. Los siguientes casos no sern cubiertos por la garanta: A) Averas debidas a uso incorrecto o manejo descuidado. B) Desperfectos producidos por incendio, terremoto u otra fuerza mayor. C) Desperfectos causados por: reparaciones inadecuadas realizadas fuera de la red de Servicios Oficiales y automatizados de relojes RACER. D) Cuando no se mostrara la presente o el modelo referenciado no coincidiera con el recibido para reparar. 2. Esta garanta no incluye la duracin de la pila ni otros materiales fungibles. 3. Al hacer algunas reparaciones existe la posibilidad de sustitucin de envoltura, esfera, manecillas, cristal y pulsera que seran por cuenta del propietario del reloj. ATENCIN MUY IMPORTANTE - Ajuste de calendario y semanario (Fecha y Semana)

PARA EVITAR AVERAS EN SU RELOJ POR MAL USO:

NO ajuste la fecha de su reloj entre las 21:00 PM (9 de la noche) y las 2:00 AM (2 de la madrugada) debido a que en esta zona horaria se efecta el cambio del calendario automticamente. Si ajusta la fecha en esta zona horaria, puede que su reloj no cambie la fecha al da siguiente y adems sufrir una AVERA. Cuando efecte el ajuste de la fecha, asegrese de mover las manecillas fuera de la hora indicada en este folleto. Para mayor seguridad le rogamos mueva las agujas siempre en sentido de la marcha de su reloj (hacia delante).

NORMAS Y PRECAUCIONES EN EL USO DE SU RELOJ 1. Evite las temperaturas extremas

Evite exponer el reloj a la luz directa del sol o dejarlo por largo tiempo en un lugar extremadamente caluroso. Esto causar fallos en el funcionamiento y acortar la duracin de la pila. No deje su reloj por largos periodos de tiempo en lugares extremadamente fros. Esto puede causar que el reloj se atrase o adelante. Coloque su reloj en su mueca, para recuperar su precisin original y deber adelantar o atrasar la hora.

2. Evite las condiciones hmedas 3. Evite los golpes fuertes

No opere las coronas y pulsadores cuando el reloj se encuentre mojado. Su reloj puede resistir los movimientos y golpes normales que ocurren mientras se juega al golf o al practicar otros deportes. No deje caer su reloj al suelo ya que lo someter a un fuerte impacto.

4. Evite los campos magnticos fuertes

Mantenga su reloj alejado de las fuentes magnticas fuertes. Generalmente, su reloj no ser afectado por los campos magnticos de los aparatos electrodomsticos tales como televisores y equipos estereofnicos.

5. Evite los productos qumicos, gases y disolventes dainos

Evite usar su reloj en presencia de fuertes productos qumicos, disolventes y gases.

Si su reloj llega a ponerse en contacto con materiales tales como gasolina, bencina, disolvente de pintura, alcohol, cosmticos en roco, esmalte para uas, quita esmaltes para uas, adhesivos o pinturas, puede producirse la decoloracin, deterioro o daos a la caja, correa y otros componentes.

6. Mantenga el reloj limpio.

Seque toda humedad y agua adherida a la caja, vidrio y correa con un pao suave y limpio. Toda suciedad que se deje sobre la caja o correa puede causar alteraciones cutneas. Una correa de reloj se ensucia fcilmente con el polvo y la transpiracin debido a que se encuentra en contacto directo con la piel. Incluso una pulsera inoxidable o chapada en oro puede oxidarse si no se limpia por un largo periodo de tiempo. Las pulseras de mallas, debido a que son muy finas, perdern su particular flexibilidad si se las deja sucias por un largo tiempo. Las pulseras de reloj deben lavarse peridicamente para mantenerlas limpias e impecables en todo momento. Las pulseras metlicas de reloj se lavan generalmente con un cepillo, agua con jabn, luego se las seca con un pao suave y absorbente para eliminar el agua restante. Al lavar la pulsera, tenga precaucin de que el agua no entre en el interior del reloj.

7. Inspeccin peridica

Se recomienda inspecciones peridicas del reloj con intervalos de uno a dos aos para asegurar una larga vida til y una operatividad sin fallos.

8. Cercirese de mantener la pila alejada de los nios pequeos.

Si la ingiere accidentalmente, llame inmediatamente a un mdico.

Deje siempre la corona en su posicin normal. Apriete el tornillo de empestillado de la corona hasta el final.

3) NUNCA se debe manipular la corona ni pulsadores cuando el reloj est mojado o se encuentre dentro del agua. 4) Si su reloj resistente al agua ha sido usado en agua de mar, lvelo en agua corriente y squelo de inmediato con un pao seco absorbente no dejando ninguna humedad. -9-

GUARANTEE OF RACER WATCH

If the RACER watch described in this guarantee has a failure caused by any fault in material or workmanship under normal use and service, it will be repaired and / or adjusted at no charge for a period of 2 years from the original purchase date. In this case, take the watch with the guarantee to the source of your purchase or to a member of RACER Service Network (see pages 22 to 27).

<Caution>

1. The guarantee is void in the following cases: A) Failure caused by misuse or carelessness. B) Failure caused by fire, earthquake, and other disasters. C) Failure caused by an improper repair and modification. D) The guaranty is not submitted or the entry is improper. 2. Glass, bracelet, and cell are not included in the guarantee. 3. In repair, the case, dial plate, hands, glass, and bracelet may be substituted.

RULES AND PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES USING YOUR WATCH 1. Avoid extreme temperatures
Avoid exposing the watch to direct sunlight or leave it for a long time in an extremely hot place. This will cause malfunction and shorten battery life. Do not leave your watch for long periods in extremely cold. This may cause the clock back or front. Put your watch on your wrist to restore its original accuracy and must advance or delay time.

A watch strap gets dirty easily with dust and perspiration because it is in direct contact with skin. Even a bracelet or gold-plated stainless can rust if not cleaned for a long period of time. Mesh bracelets, because they are very thin, they lose their particular & quot; flexibility & quot; if they are left soiled for a long time. Watch bracelets should be washed regularly to keep them clean and neat at all times. Metal watch bracelets are usually washed with a brush, soapy water, then dry with the soft, absorbent cloth to remove the remaining water. Mit dieser Garantiekarte wird fr die auf der Karte registrierte RACER Uhr innerhalb von 24 Monaten ab Kaufdatum kostenloser Reparatur-Service gewhrleistet fr alle Mngel, die auf einem Herstellungsfehler beruhen. Bringen Sie die Uhr zusammen mit der Karte zu Ihrem Hndler, bei dem Sie die Uhr gekauft haben, oder zu einer RACER Kundendienststelle (siehe Seite 22 bis 27), um Garantieansprche geltend zu machen.

1. Der Garantieanspruch entfllt A) bei unsachgemem Gebrauch und natrlichem Verschlei. B) bei Schlag, Fall Wasser (bei nicht wasserdichten Uhren). C) bei fehlerhafter Reparatur (Fremdeingriff) bzw. eigenmchtigen Reparaturversuchen. D) wenn die Garantiekarte nicht oder nicht vollstndig ausgefllt vorgelegt wird. 2. Von der Garantie ausgenommen sind Uhrglas, Armband und Batterie. 3. Sollte die Behebung der Mngel nicht mglich sein, wird Ersatz in Form eines gleichen oder hnlichen Modells geleistet.
