These measures are being taken because of the refusal by you and your church hie rarchy to do justice to your victims and abide by the law and morality; and spec ifically, because of your refusal to agree to these ten measures, issued to you on May 4, 2012 by our Tribunal: 1. Issue full reparations to survivors 2. Surrender the remains of those who died for a proper burial. 3. Return all land and wealth taken from church victims 4. Surrender all evidence and perpetrators of crimes against children 5. Annul Crimen Sollicitationis and all Vatican policies that protect child rapi sts 6. Expel and defrock all child raping priests and those who protect them, includ ing the pope 7. Agree to the licensing of all clergy as public servants 8. Withdraw from all tax exemptions, concordats and privileges 9. Annul the status of the Vatican as a state and abolish Rome's authority over its congregations 10. Redistribute the wealth of the Vatican Bank to church victims and the commun ity, as Christ commands Update on Genocide of First Nation Children at Brandford, Ontario Rev. Annett also provides and update on the continuing search and discovery of e vidence of child genocide at the residential school at Brandford, Ontario, where an infiltration and disruption effort by the Government of Canada was successfu lly deconstructed and defeated. The Republic of Kanata (Canada) The separation and disaffiliation of Canada from the UK Monarchy is necessary, s tates Rev. Annett, because of the leading role that UK Monarchs, including Eliza beth Windsor, have taken in implementing the aboriginal genocide and in retardin g true democracy in Canada. He cited polls that showed that 68% of Canadians wer e in favor of establishing a republic of Canada. Rev. Annett discusses the pract ical steps that are now undertaken to establish a Republic of Kanata (Canada), i ncluding upcoming public meetings in Vancouver, BC and other locations in Canada . Ending the Reign of Terror against Children: We Will Name and Detain the Guilty A Public Statement from the Children Protection Action Group* This church is harboring known child rapists among its staff or clergy who are a constant danger to the children of our community. Because the church is allowed to hide its crimes and protect its rapists, and the police and courts refuse to intervene, we community members must act to defend our children. We have done so by banding together into local Child Protection Action Groups (C PAG). Our CPAG will publish the names and pictures of child rapists within churc hes, and we will conduct citizens' arrests to detain these criminals and deprive t hem of their office so they can no longer harm our children. Join us today. The lives of our children and our future as a community are at st ake. Child rape in the church is rampant and is escalating, and can only be stop ped by an informed and active citizenry. To provide information on child rapists to our CPAG or to join its actions, cont act any of the numbers listed below. Category Action: What to Do, Occupy the Vatican The Mass Graves at Brantford: An Update from the ITCCS Indigenous Elders Advisor y Council and Kevin Annett 0 Posted on June 05, 2012 by itccs Sifting for evidence ITCCS International Communique, 5 June 2012 Brussels

The first successful uncovering of apparent mass graves at a former Indian resid ential school in Canada began in October, 2011 at the Mush Hole Mohawk Institute: the former Church of England (Anglican) facility in Brantford, Ontario. After being formally authorized by Mohawk elders to begin the inquiry, two teams associated with the ITCCS successfully surveyed the grounds of the Mush Hole wi th Ground Penetrating Radar. This survey revealed massive soil dislocation in ar eas where eyewitnesses describe seeing burials of children who died in the Mush Hole. Based on this discovery, the ITCCS teams sunk two small test digs which revealed positive evidence of burials. These included remains of clothing and buttons po sitively identified as coming from school uniforms, as well as bone samples whic h turned out to be primarily animal mixed with probable human remains of small c hildren. The very success of this dig, and its kindling of similar independent excavation s at two other former residential schools during 2012, has sparked a counter-att ack by the government of Canada and the Anglican Church which has caused the Bra ntford inquiry to be put on temporary hold. This counter-attack has followed the usual pattern of divide and conquer tactics utilizing the already factionalized atmosphere in the Six Nations community in Brantford. Early in 2012 after the test digs had uncovered the first bone samples, a govern ment-funded operative named Jan Longboat recruited and paid one of the tribal me mbers who had authorized the ITCCS inquiry, Frank Miller, to begin criticizing t he inquiry and calling for the expulsion of ITCCS field worker Kevin Annett from the Mohawk community. Miller successfully factionalized the original group of authorizing Mohawks by s toking fear and spreading state-sponsored smears about Kevin Annett in the commu nity, despite Kevin having been adopted into the Mohawk Nation and given a name. Nevertheless, to solidify the ITCCS inquiry, in late March, 2012, a new group of ten Mohawk elders and Mush Hole survivors issued a new statement authorizing Ke vin Annett and ITCCS to proceed with the Mush Hole inquiry and excavation. To counter further disruptions and rally native supporters, ITCCS has also estab lished a seven-member Indigenous Elders Advisory Council with representatives fr om the Cree, Anishnabe, Haudenosaunee, Squamish, Mohawk, Wyandotte, and Maliseet Nations. The Mush Hole inquiry will be proceeding under the authority of the ten authoriz ing Mohawk elders, along with a new international team of archaeological and for ensic specialists who will seek to recover and identify the remains of children who died at the Mush Hole, for analysis and traditional re-burial. This inquiry is now joined by similar independent excavations on Cree and Squami sh territory, authorized by survivors at the site of residential schools in Onta rio and British Columbia. Obviously, this initiative is a direct challenge to the present state and church -funded whitewash known as Canada's truth and reconciliation commission, which has n o mandate to lay criminal charges or search for the remains or cause of death of the 50,000 and more children who died in these schools. We can therefore expect further efforts by Canada and its guilty churches to dis rupt and discredit the independent search for the missing children at the Mush H

ole, and elsewhere. And so we urge all people of conscience and all survivors of Canada's genocide to rally behind our efforts, and to launch similar digs in thei r own communities. Hands off our kids This statement announced our intent to globally publish the identity of known ch ild raping clergy and their helpers, and to perform citizens' arrests of these sic k predators because of the continued refusal of police and judicial authorities to do so. We have begun this campaign by gathering the evidence of the names, locations an d pictures of such child rapists in a central archive whose evidence will be mad e public. If you have knowledge of such criminals, please forward it immediately to this email. Armed with this information, the critical phase in our campaign will then commen ce: organizing Action Groups to publicly post the identity of these rapists and physically arrest and detain them so they cannot harm any more children. These Child Protection Action Groups (CPAG) are now being formed in Canada, the USA, Ireland, Australia, Italy and England. Each CPAG will consist of a disciplined team of between five and ten people led by a Coordinator. The entire team will receive training in common law procedure and protocol for undertaking citizens' arrests. The CPAGs are not disorganized vigilantes, but principled community protectors who will treat proven child rapists firmly and non-violently, and will remove them from their church and their office in full public view. The CPAGs will not be disrupting church services but will quickly escort the chi ld rapist from the building after declaring him to be a threat to public safety. To be clear, the CPAGs will not be acting alone when they enter church property and detain child rapists, but will so as part of a larger public presence. Our supporters will stage accompanying protests, sit-ins and occupations at the same time as the arrests are being made in order to alert the public and media, and to demonstrate how these actions are a self-defensive public safety measure and are legally necessary to ensure the safety of our children.

One of our ITCCS organizers in the eastern United States, for example, writes, There's a convicted child molester preaching every Sunday in the local catholic chu rch here in (blank). The local Bishop's ignored all our letters and leaflets about this guy, and so have the police. So now we're going ahead and we'll defrock him i n plain sight. We'll confront him and tell him he has no right to be a priest, the n strip him of his robe and vestments, right there, and escort him out of the ch urch. I've seen the Mohawk women do that to their own corrupt chiefs. The public s haming always works best! This is the gist of our efforts: to prevent child rapists and the church officia ls who protect them from being able to operate any longer. It's important to remember that since churches are publicly funded organizations m aintained through your taxes, churches are public space, and you therefore have every right to enter church property, especially if you suspect or know that chi ld rapists and their protectors are operating in them. During our actions, if the police are called by church officials and they arrive , a CPAG spokesperson will immediately approach them and read to them a public s tatement that calls upon the police to exercise their oath of public office and assist us in detaining a known child rapist who is a clear and present danger to children. They will be handed a Public Letter of Demand calling on them to do s o. If they refuse to respond and even begin to challenge our actions, they will the n be formally deputized and instructed to assist us in arresting someone who is a clear danger to the community. If the police nevertheless act to protect the rapist, they will have violated a public responsibility placed upon them, and will have thereby surrendered their right to hold their office. At that point under common law, they can be legally ignored. Any act by the police after that to prevent our defense of children wil l constitute an illegal assault and obstruction of justice, and they can be trie d and convicted of these offenses. For our own security and defense, every CPAG will be accompanied during their ac tions by legal observers and several videographers who will witness and record t he entire course of events. From our long experience, it is rare for the police to physically intervene in t hese situations especially when the media and witnesses are present since the ch urch officials fear any possible damage to their property or reputations by enga ging in direct confrontations with protestors. Normally, the cops simply stand b y and watch, especially when a large crowd is present. So numbers and public exp osure are our best allies. As well, don't forget that the CPAGs will be showing up at the churches unannounce d, and will therefore be able to confront, detain and escort from the building t he rapist before the police even arrive. Nevertheless, tactically speaking, your CPAG may choose to mount a diversionary action to draw off the police if they do show up while the rapist is being detai ned such as by staging a church occupation to coincide with the citizens' arrest. This is especially advisable if your numbers are small. Once your CPAG has successfully removed the rapist from the church premises and stripped him of his robes of office, and filmed the entire event, a CPAG represe ntative will hand the rapist a formal Cease and Desist Restraining Order banning him from being within a hundred yards of the church in question. He is then to

be released. We cannot therefore be accused of kidnapping. Book 'em Dano If the rapist ignores this Restraining Order, he can then be permanently detaine d, and any church officials who aid and abet him can themselves be placed under citizens' arrest and the church permanently occupied as a public safety measure. All of the recorded evidence of these actions will be posted on You Tube and on our archived website in order to alert the community to these individuals, and t o encourage similar actions around the world. If you wish to volunteer to be a part of a CPAG, contact this email or the ITCCS organizer in your area. A schedule of training events and other upcoming action s will be published here. The actions we take today will save the lives and t is therefore our sacred duty to bring our deeds for all children, by placing their well-being and erations. May that knowledge give you the courage sanity of tomorrow's children. I into conformity with our love safety before all other consid to act!

Annett It's a church! No, it's a state! Stop! You're both right! Vatican Human Rights Council Paolo Gabriele is languishing in a secret church prison tonight in Vatican City after being arrested by church police for having some of the Pope's private papers in his possession. The Pope's former butler and a father of three children is threatened with thirty years in a papal jail for having uncovered some of Joseph Ratzinger's dirty secret s. Paolo might as well not be an Italian citizen, since his civil rights vanished o nce he crossed the Vatican. The law of the church supersedes that of any nation, it seems, since clearly the Pope can arrest and jail anyone he doesn't like. It's quite abominable. How many corporations get to arrest and put on trial in the ir own private courts one of their employees who's found with internal company doc uments? How often does the CEO of such a company get to shelter and exonerate child rapi sts in his firm, hide the crime from the police, and silence those who know abou t it all? Does the company itself get to launder money, finance wars, conduct genocide and crimes against humanity, and depose governments, and never answer for these cri mes? The Vatican Incorporated is the one company in the world that can do all this. A nd what's more, they even get massive financial subsidies from taxpayers in over a hundred countries to do so! That said, it's a sign of the degree of institutional rot and panic erupting in Ro me these days that members of the papal inner circle are breaking ranks and sque aling on their boss. Paolo's arrest follows hot on the heels of the forced resigna tion of the chief of the Vatican Bank, Gotti Tedeschi, who allegedly had blown t he whistle on shady transactions by the bank. It's small wonder the papacy is crushing a lone employee like Paolo so rapidly. So me of the documents held by the butler suggest that the Pope personally accepted bribes to award Vatican contracts to friends and supporters of his, and that he engineered a cover up of the whole thing, including by expelling Vatican City g overnor Archbishop Carlo Vigano last year when he asked the Pope to come clean. One can't help but be reminded of the last days of Richard Nixon. But the former p resident cum gangster, at least, was legally accountable to the United States Co ngress. The Pope is answerable only to himself. He is, under his own laws, both M aster and God: church and state all rolled into one, all powerful ruler of humani ty.

Roman Emperor Aurelian invented that title known as Dominus et Deus in the year 27 3 when he created a new religious cult of sun worship that evolved into state Ch ristianity under a later Emperor, Constantine. For the first time, and ever sinc e then, one ruler was designated as having absolute authority over everyone, and could therefore never be challenged. Adolf Hitler was a pale imitation. When Aurelian's god-emperor evolved into the papacy, Europe inherited a monster ca lled Christendom that would cause more death and atrocity than any force in huma n history. Sadly, over the centuries governments have accommodated themselves to this monster since historically they arose in partnership with it, and derived their authority from papal sanction. What Martin Luther called the two swords church and state working in tandem is sti ll the governing principle that allows so-called canon law to supersede civil laws in most nations, with the result that men like Paolo Gabriele can simply disapp ear with the nod of a pope. We really are still in the middle ages, in many ways: and we techno-serfs still blindly clamor for justice from institutions run from the top-down by men who co nsider themselves gods. Joseph Ratzinger is an expert at making people disappear, having run the papal I nquisition renamed the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith for many years . But the very absoluteness of his power as Grand Inquisitor made Ratzinger many enemies, and the latter are gathering nowadays to help expose their adversary. The details of Ratzinger accepting bribes, for instance, actually came from Vati can Secretary of State archives to which Paolo Gabriele could not have had acces s. Only senior Cardinals could have released such damning evidence. This kind of power struggle in the papacy is nothing new, but since it is happen ing amidst efforts to criminally indict the Pope for concealing child rapists an d obstructing justice, many of the Curia are worried that the institution will s uffer permanent damage: a fact quite unacceptable to the money boys who stand be hind the papal throne. To quote a senior Italian state senator who spoke to me in Rome in the spring of 2010, The Vatican, the mafia, and the government, they're really all the same men, and th ey have one major concern: to hold on to their revenues. They are terrified that the ORI (Vatican Bank) will suffer from these scandals and will lose its credit standing with the banking cartels. They will never let that happen, even if the heads of popes have to roll in the dust. So it's an interesting question: who is more powerful, ultimately the Master and Go d himself, or his creditors? The image, or the finances? For men like Paolo Gabriele, or any victim of priestly rape, the answer is perha ps moot. For whoever is in charge in Rome is like any self-governing dictator: o ne who cannot be reasoned or negotiated with, but simply overthrown. I believe the world is finally waking up to that fact. The issue now is, how wil l we unite across faiths and borders to finally unseat the God Emperor and his v ile kingdom? Our network has given the Vatican until September 15 to undertake ten steps to r elinquish its power and do justice to its victims. After that day, the church wi ll have lost its right to operate in our communities. And the occupations that w ill strike Roman Catholic churches and facilities after that date will include t he targeting of secret papal prisons where men of conscience like Paolo Gabriele are being held. We will free Paolo, if he is not free by then. When Jesus of Nazareth first spoke publicly, he announced that God had sent him to release the captives, give sight to the blind, and let all the oppressed go f ree. The papacy of his day killed him for it, and the Vatican cemented that murd er in its subversion of his message. But fortunately, you just can't keep a good man down. It was an unusual reaction, for I had encountered much worse over the years. But after seeing the document, something snapped in me and made nothing else possib le than to rush to the woods, fall to the bountiful soil behind a hidden tree ta ngled in moss, and dig my hands desperately into mother earth and sob like I had not done since I was a child. I lay there for some time, after the tears were spent, and gradually the quiet b ird song and sunlight merged with a perfect aroma I had not breathed for so long : the forest loam itself, and its rich, musky decomposition so alive and sweet. I hugged the ground and buried my face in our good earth, and felt suddenly that my own corrosion from the long and hard years could be the source of something more than personal agony. For I turned over just then and scribbled on a piece o f paper, My pain and suffering is the nursing log out of which so many and so much will g row. I lay on my back, wonderfully calm and spent, and looked again at the photocopie d document I had unearthed that morning from the government archives in Koerner Library's microfilm section. Extracted teeth It read, Department of Indian Affairs, Dental Report: St. Paul's Catholic Indian School, Squ amish Mission Reservation, May 1924. And beneath that title was listed the names of fifty-six children who had had th eir teeth extracted without painkiller by Dr. E. Fraser Allen of Vancouver. No anesthesia. Matilda Miranda was seven years old, and six of her teeth were yanked from her j aw without anesthesia. Theresa George was eight, and five of her teeth were simi larly pulled. Leonard Rodrigues, age 10, Ralph Atkins, age nine, Doreen Thomas, age nine: all denied painkiller. Over 80% of the group of fifty-six students at St . Paul's Indian school were tortured thus. Dr. Allen was paid $20.54 for his efforts, including the cost of $1.50 for his t ools and amalgam dressing. It took him about a half hour to yank out all those l ittle teeth, according to the good doctor's report of May 7, sent to C. C. Perry, the local Indian Agent. That meant he yanked out a tooth, on average, every ten seconds: non stop. Harry Wilson never opened his mouth much when he first spoke to me, in the fall of 1997, because his teeth were such a mess. Naw, I never go to a dentist he explained sadly. They never gave us painkiller at r esidential school, when they pulled our teeth. Harry's teeth were yanked over forty years after the same torture was performed by Dr. Allen on the St. Paul's children: a different school, and a Catholic one, but identical to the practice inflicted on Harry at a United Church Indian resident ial school in Port Alberni in 1967. Harriett Nahanee had the same story, at the same school in 1946. So did Vera Lit tle, at the Anglican school in Alert Bay in 1953. And the husband of Alia MacKen zie-Point at the Chehalis reservation in 1969. I can't hate Dr. Allen, or any of the other specialists who have ripped the teeth and the innocence from children with the full sanction of church and state for s o many years. For like you and I, these torturers learned quickly how to numb th emselves to the screams and the blood in order to get on with their job. That struck me with a sudden clarity, alone in the forest, after my own tears ha d washed away my numbness, and I began, as always, to grapple with how to share this new evidence with the world in a way that would make others do something mo re than believe that the crimes did happen, and still happen. And yet I knew tha t, as with all the other evidence of these grisly acts done to aboriginal childr en, very few people would want to know the horrible truth, let alone dare to do anything about it. Tempted by the old despair, I stared just then at what I had scribbled moments b efore: My pain and suffering is the nursing log out of which so many and so much

will grow. And then an answer echoed in me, from something Alice Miller had wri tten once: We can never find empathy for the suffering of others until we have faced and em braced the pain done to ourselves. I've often noticed how the church goers who trudge past our offered leaflets on a Sunday morning bear the same look, when confronted by what their church did, and what their collection money helps to cover up: people who are resigned. Batter someone enough, and they become that way. We are all so weary of the battering we have each endured since infancy, and yet are so incapable of feeling we can do anything to stop it. Even the very life-g iving sky above seems to mock life itself these days, stained by vile chemical t rails spewed by corporate and military madmen far beyond our reach. What can eve n our best integrity and courage do in the face of the enormity of the violence we face? Torture survivor Harry Wilson (left) and Kevin Annett, 1997, Vancouver Harry Wilson, and his counterparts Matilda and Theresa and all the other helples s little victims, knew the same despair, and some of them found a way to endure. And like Harry, who was able to tell what happened to him, when my own tears fr eely flowed the other day I found it easier to face the truth and find a light w here there shouldn't have been one. So Alice Miller must be on to something. When we see our lives and our worlds for what they are, and can say so, we gain a power over what seemed like fate or irresistible injustice: sort of like namin g a demon and calling it to leave a possessed soul. That's the power of knowing ou r true history, individually and as a whole, and not denying the darkest moments , but describing them out loud, for what they are. Rising up from the forested earth, I felt like a demon had indeed left me, and a warm surge of love filled me for those long dead and violated Indian children w ho still wait for justice. That kind of love doesn't allow apathy or timid excuses : it does not rest until right is done. It was blessing beyond expression that d ay to feel the old flame arise in me again, born from my own grief, and theirs. I ran joyfully from the woods on the sunlit path towards the bus stop, armed aga in with my being and the documented truth in my bag, and I knew that the time to act is always present in us. And from somewhere, the words of Rabbi Hillel soun ded then: If I am not for myself, then who will be? If I am only for myself, then what am I? If not now, when? Category Canada, Radio Catholic Church Faces Disruption and Banishment as Irish Cardinal set to resign 0 Posted on May 04, 2012 by itccs A Communiqu from ITCCS International Brussels and Dublin: The Roman Catholic Church faces permanent disruption and banishment in at least five countries if it does not comply with ten non-negotiable measures by September 15, 2012, according to a global coalition of survivors of church rape and tortu re. The list of measures was issued today at a meeting in Dublin, Ireland between Ar chbishop Dermot Martin and representatives of Anti Catholic Church Activists Wor ldwide (ACCAW), Magdalene Laundry survivors, and the International Tribunal into Crimes of Church and State Ireland (ITCCS). ITCCS in Dublin, Ireland The measures demanded of the Catholic Church include the defrocking of all child raping priests, the licensing of all other clergy as public servants, the retur n of the remains of all who died under Church care, the annulment of tax exempti ons and other Church privileges, and the return of all of the Church's wealth gene rated by the exploitation of children. The full statement outlining these measures is reproduced below, including an au dio recording of the statement. Issued on the eve of the impending h in Ireland, Cardinal Sean Brady, he statement was delivered by John ry O'Donovan and Dave O'Brien, who resignation of the head of the Catholic Churc for his protection of child raping priests, t Deegan of ACCAW and ITCCS Ireland members Ger confronted Archbishop Martin with the demands.

The Ten Point statement was issued by The International Tribunal into Crimes of Church and State, an umbrella organization of over fifty organizations in the Un ited States, Canada, Ireland, England and Australia. Pope Benedict and his Bishops have until midnight on September 15 to start comply ing with these measures said ITCCS Secretary Kevin Annett today. After that, we will begin actions to halt the normal operation of the Roman Catho lic Church around the world, and we will seek indictments against Pope Benedict and other Vatican officials for crimes against humanity and criminal conspiracy. The ACCAW, ITCCS and other groups have staged high profile occupations of Cathol ic churches during their regular services, and plan to escalate these actions in to a permanent campaign of non-violent disruption and civil disobedience aimed at the Roman Catholic Church until the Church's reign of terror over children is end ed. Issued to a meeting with Archbishop Martin on May 4, 2012 My name is Kevin Annett and I am the Secretary of the five-nation body known as The International Tribunal into Crimes of Church and State (ITCCS). I am speakin g on behalf of the ITCCS and our affiliate organization in Ireland. Our coalition represents over fifty organizations in Canada, the United States, Ireland, England and Australia, including many survivors of church terror. We have also been recognized by seven aboriginal een authorized by them to recover the remains of holic Indian residential schools and orphanages; esponsible for the death of over 50,000 children s. nations in North America, and b their relatives who died in Cat and to bring to justice those r in these church-run institution

Let us state clearly that the time for polite talk is over. The Roman Catholic Church has imposed and is perpetrating a reign of terror and crimes against humanity on generations of children, is actively concealing those crimes and protecting child rapists and murderers in its ranks, and has shown n o desire or capacity to change the policies or practices that allow these unspea kable crimes to continue. Nevertheless, on behalf of the nations and survivors we represent, and the Execu tive Council of the International Tribunal into Crimes of Church and State, I ha ve been authorized to give the Church a final opportunity to change, by presenti ng the following demands to the Roman Catholic Church in Ireland, as we have alr eady done to Pope Benedict, Joseph Ratzinger, and Vatican officials. The following concrete actions by the Church are required if justice is to be wo n for its victims and if the crimes it has committed and continue to cover up ar e to end. If the Church fails to abide by these basic commandments of humanity and the law , we will take permanent action to end its criminal regime. 1. The Church must issue full reparations to all of its victims, including by paying for all of their medical and counseling bills, the cost of their reha bilitation and retraining, and for any of their disabilities and losses. 2. The Church must surrender for a proper burial, without conditions and a t its own expense, the remains of all those who died in its institutions or whil e under its care. 3. The Church must return all land and property taken from its victims, an d restore all of the wealth generated by its exploitation of them as children, i ncluding the wealth created from their unpaid or low paid labor. 4. The Church must surrender without conditions all of the evidence of its crimes against children, and all of those persons responsible for committing th ese crimes and concealing them, including its highest officials. The Church must fully disclose this evidence and participate without conditions in all public i nvestigations into its crimes. 5. The Church and its guilty parties cannot hide behind so-called diplomat ic immunity or other privileges to evade justice and avoid prosecution. The Vati can must end its official cover up and annul its policy known as Crimen Sollicit ationis, which compels Catholic clergy to conceal crimes committed against child ren in their parishes.

6. The Church must immediately expel and defrock all known child raping pr iests, officials and employees in its ranks, and defrock any clergy who harms a child or conceals such harm. 7. All clergy and Church officials must agree to be licensed and monitored as public servants, and take a legally binding, public oath to protect without conditions the rights and sanctity of children and disclose any harm done to the m. 8. The Church must forgo and withdraw from all of the tax exemptions, fina ncial concordats and agreements, and other special privileges presently granted to it under the laws of nations. 9. The Vatican must agree to the annulment of its status as a so-called st ate, and free its congregations and dioceses from its authority so that they may act according to the wishes and needs of their respective communities and their faith, and not the political and financial requirements of the Vatican. 10. All of the wealth accumulated by the Church and the Vatican Bank through l and theft and conquest, and from tax exemptions, concordats, and from its operat ions around the world that have harmed children through the exploitation of thei r labor, such as the Magdalene Laundries and Indian residential schools, must be returned to its victims and to the poor in general through a direct, public red istribution of that wealth, as Christ himself commands.

We have been instructed to inform the Bishops of Ireland, as we have notified th e Vatican, that they have until September 15, 2012, to agree to these demands an d implement these ten measures. If they fail to commence to do so by midnight of that date, we will enact the fo llowing measures: 1. The Roman Catholic Church will be formally and forever banished from ou r communities, and measures will be taken to legally and practically prevent it from operating; 2. Roman Catholic churches, agencies and offices around the world will be permanently disrupted and occupied as part of an ongoing campaign of non-violent civil disobedience; and 3. Our International Tribunal into Crimes of Church and State will reconve ne its court, and will seek the immediate detaining for questioning of the highe st officials of the Roman Catholic Church, including Pope Benedict, on charges o f obstruction of justice, criminal conspiracy, and crimes against humanity. It is time for all people of conscience within the Church to choose who they wil l serve: a self-governing, criminal church system that sets itself above the law and God or its suffering victims, and justice. We urge Catholics to choose life, by making these ten steps a reality. Otherwis e, the Roman Catholic Church will have forfeited its right to operate in our com munities and in our world. By this declaration, we are lending our active support to the Irish survivors of rape and torture by the Roman Catholic Church who are meeting with Archbishop M artin today. These survivors include members of ACCAW, the ITCCS, and Magdalene laundry victims.

We stand as a united front with these brothers and sisters, and with all victims of Church terror anywhere in the world. We will never stop until justice is ach ieved, and the reign of terror against children everywhere is ended. We will be sharing this letter with our affiliates around the world, as well as with the global media, judicial bodies, and governments. We welcome a formal response from the office of Archbishop Martin, and we call u pon the Church to accept the demands and wishes of the Irish survivors who are m eeting today with Archbishop Martin. Signed on behalf of The Executive Council of The International Tribunal into Cri mes of Church and State
