Why not SAP training?

Although SAP training and certification is quite famous in market but Microsoft Dynamics does score over SAP in many aspects. SAP ERP targets majorly large firms this means limited opportunity space. But Microsoft Dynamics not only targets large firms but also small and medium Enterprise (SME) thus creating huge opportunity space for students to get recruited. SAP is not preferred by SMEs as it is very expensive and quite inflexible. Thus again creating limited opportunity space. Microsoft Dynamics again scores in this case. SAP training and certification cost per student is very huge (in lakhs) as compared to cost Microsoft Dynamics training and certification (few thousands) but output for the student in terms of earning potential is almost same. Learning SAP is quite complex as SAP itself recommends minimum 2-3 years of industry experience before its training and certification program but Microsoft Dynamics training does not require any work experience as Dynamics itself is very user friendly. Microsofts Statement of Direction for its Dynamics Business puts in a vision of being an ERP leader in the whole world in the next five years. This means more aggressive approach from the Microsoft (OEM) itself in the coming five years. That means more growth and more recruitment in this space in the next five years.
