Salary: Hours: Location: 20,855- 37,329 pro rata 35 hours Victoria Centre

The School of Culinary Arts and Hospitality at Vincent Square has a long and prestigious history and a world class reputation for providing first class graduates for the hospitality industry. As a member of the National Skills Academy for Hospitality, we are focussed on achieving the highest standards to equip our students with a range of skills, knowledge and experience to prepare them for their careers as Professional Chefs, Patissiers and Restaurant Service and Front of House, personnel. We deliver a range of Culinary, Patisserie and Food & Beverage Service programmes to meet the needs of a variety of sectors in the Hospitality Industry. We work extensively with external partners including employers, trade associations, sponsors and industry stakeholders. We are involved in a wide variety of industry related projects, competitions and activities to enhance the delivery of our Hospitality, Culinary and Service programmes and the ideal candidates will fit seamlessly into this award winning team. We are seeking to build our Culinary Arts and Hospitality team with enthusiastic individuals through a strong and professional background in a patisserie and hospitality environment. Lecturer- Patisserie and Bakery The post in Patisserie and Bakery will be engaged in teaching to a wide range of full time, degree, bespoke and part time programmes which will also include supporting our full-cost and offsite delivery in the workplace. Preferably, you will have a teaching qualification or experience of training in industry, and possess a strong range of contemporary and classical pastry and bakery skills. Your broad industry experience will be up to date which will also aid you in the comprehensive delivery of this specialist academic knowledge within a theory environment. Lecturer- Hospitality and Food and Beverage Service The post in Hospitality and Food and Beverage Service will be appointed in teaching to a wide range of full time, degree, bespoke and part time programmes which will also include supporting our full-cost and offsite delivery in the workplace. Preferably, you will have a teaching qualification or experience of training in industry, and possess a strong range of contemporary and classical food and beverage service skills. Your broad hospitality industry experience will be current which will also aid you in the inclusive delivery of this specialist academic knowledge within a theory environment.
