CRUSHER CAPACITY
The capacities are based on crushing
clean dry limestone weighing loose
about 1.6 t/m3 (100lb/ft3) and having a
specific gravity of 2.6. The feed material
should be of a size that will readily enter
the crushing chamber without bridging.
Wet sticky feeds will tend to reduce
capacity.

TO MAXIMISE CAPACITY
A feeder should be used ahead of the
crusher to give a continuous regulated
feed: all feed should be of a size that will
readily enter the crushing chamber and
undersized material should be removed
from the feed by the means of a grizzly
or scalping screen to eliminate packing
and excessive wear on the jaws.

POWER VARIATION
The Power required will vary with
product size, capacity and rock
characteristics.

CRUSHER GRADING
The grading curves provided are a guide
only and will vary with rock
characteristics.

ONLY SUITABLE FOR RECYCLING APPLICATIONS.

All crushers are designed to work with material having a fracture toughness not exceeding 390kN. For applications over this please consult BL-PEGSON Ltd.

Machine sizes 700x500 (28x20) and 800x550 (32x22) are fitted with a counterweight in lieu of the non drive side flywheel.
An additional flywheel is available for the 800x550 (32x22) in lieu of the counterweight as an option.
The 600x400 (24x15) and the 900x600 (36x24) and upwards are all fitted with two flywheels as standard.
