Control System
The control system used for this model is based the Deep Sea Electronics DSE7210 Digital Auto Start controller. This provides for the manual and automatic remote start of the generator and contains following features: Real time clock for improved event and performance monitoring 132 x 64 pixel LCD Display Multiple date and time maintenance scheduler Five key menu navigation Operated via Start, Stop, Auto and Manual soft touch membrane buttons on the front panel Coolant temperature with high temperature alarm and shutdown Coolant temperature low warning Oil pressure with low pressure alarm and shutdown Oil temperature, engine operating hours, battery charge volts and amps Volts, with Under/Over Volts protection Amps, with Over Current protection Frequency, kW, kVA, Power Factor Automatic cool-down timer function

Acoustic Enclosure
The acoustic enclosure is suitable for operation in harsh outdoor environments whilst providing excellent security and acoustic performance. The steel canopy and baseframe is of fully welded construction with a two-pack polyurethane egg-shell finish in RAL9001 white. Acoustically, the canopy is designed to meet the requirements of EU Legislation 2000/14/EC, achieved by extensive use of rock wool and perforated zintec steel lining, together with efficient management of cooling air. Exhaust noise is minimized by a unique high performance exhaust silencer, mounted within the baseframe. A steel bunded fuel tank is situated inside the baseframe to allow 8 hours running of the generator at 75% load. Also integrated within the baseframe are filler, gauge and accessory points. Other key features include: Lifting and holding down points on baseframe 4 no. eye lifting hooks Emergency Stop button relocated to canopy exterior External service access panels Heavy duty locks on all doors for total security Weather cap on exhaust discharge Side-opening doors with retainers for good service access
