Executive, International Roaming

Key Responsibilities:

Maintaining updated International Roaming data bank and coordinate with other divisions for smooth implementation of various International Roaming products and services. Managing Partners complaint and queries related to International Roaming Implementation. Driving expansion of International Roaming partners for bilateral, GPRS, SMS based services. Determining the International Roaming product pricing based on channel feedback, customers need analysis and market dynamics. Wrapping up agreements by exchanging SIM cards and signed International Roaming Agreement (IRA) documents. Managing to gather market intelligence and provide input into the International Roaming teams. Developing and introducing new-to-market Value Added Services for International Roaming segment. Providing informational guidance for Head of International Business Unit (IBU) to ensure consistency and synergies.

Education:

Masters/ Bachelor in Business Administration in Marketing from a reputed national / foreign university with good academic background..

Experience & Skills:

2/3 years experience in International Roaming of telecom is preferred. Excellent communication and presentation skill is a must. Excellent negotiation, management and interpersonal skills. Excellent Analytical , Problem Solving and innovative thinking ability Adequate knowledge on business plan and administration. Clear understanding of roaming products and services to cater into customer demand. Should have computer skills in MS Office applications.
