In the references second to fourth read above the Director of Municipal Administration, A.P., Hyderabad has submitted that in view of constitution of 42 new Nagar Panchayat and Municipalities, necessary arrangements have to be made to attend to provide civic amenities like street lighting, water supply, sanitation, maintenance of roads and drains and implement regulatory measures of Town Planning, Revenue, Engineering, Sanitation and Solid Waste Management as per the provisions of APM Act, 1965. 3. In this connection, the Director of Municipal Administration, A.P., Hyderabad has requested for sanction of posts to the following (42) newly constituted Nagar Panchayats/ Municipalities to run day to day administration smoothly based on the staffing pattern approved by the Government in the reference 1st read above.
