For attending the Personal Interview, all outstation candidates will be reimbursed to and fro II Class (Sleeper) Rail/Bus fare by the shortest route on production of the tickets.

4. You are advised to read and follow the enclosed Instructions carefully. In case you are not eligible for interview, please ignore this letter.

* Note : Candidate will be allowed to appear for Personal Interview only on producing printed copy of this letter and requisite document as mentioned in the enclosed instructions. Encl: INSTRUCTIONS as above.

1. Please ensure that you are fulfilling minimum eligibility criteria given in the General Instructions / Advertisement. The information given by you in the Application will be verified from the Original Documents/Certificates and in case the information is found false, or in absence of Original Certificates, you will be disqualified for appearing in interview. In such case, candidates will not be reimbursed Traveling Expenses. 2. It is mandatory to bring the following documents at the time of interview:

a) SSC, HSC marksheets & Passing certificates. All semester wise mark-sheets of Diploma/Degree/ Post Graduate Degree, Grade card, consolidated marksheet, Passing Certificate and Birth Date Certificate. b) Experience certificates, if any c) Caste certificate in case of SC/ ST /OBC candidates in prescribed format. d) OBC candidates have to bring Non-Creamy Layer Certificate (certificate issued after 01.04.2010 as per enclosed Format will only be considered), if applied for NonCreamy Layer please bring the receipt/acknowledgement. e) Persons with Disabilities have to bring Disability Certificate issued in the prescribed format. f) The candidates presently in the employment of Central Govt/State Govt/Semi Govt/PSU organization should bring No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their employer for attending interview.

It is mandatory to bring the above said Documents/Certificates in Original and one set of attested copies of it.

3. As per schedule the candidate should report at 8.00 a.m. sharp. Candidate should note that the selection process may continue till late at evening.
4. Result of the Interview will be communicated to the selected candidates through E-mail. No communication in this respect will be entertained from the candidate.

5. Selected candidates may be called to undergo medical examination and those candidates found medically fit have to join immediately for training.

6. Though you are allowed to appear for the Personal Interview, on scrutiny of details furnished by you in the application form, if it is observed at any stage of recruitment process that you do not meet with the requirements stipulated for the post, your candidature will be disqualified without assigning any reason. 7. Any canvassing by you or on your behalf to bring outside influence with regards to recruitment shall be considered a disqualification. 8. GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

The candidates should carefully note the following Instructions:

1. Candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC)/Scheduled Tribe (ST) category should produce original caste certificate and submit an attested copy of the caste certificate issued by the prescribed authority (in the prescribed format enclosed at Annexure-I). Candidature of SC/ST candidates not submitting certificates in the prescribed format will not be considered and Traveling expenses will not be paid. 2. Candidates belonging to Other Backward Class (OBC) but falling in creamy layer will not be entitled to reservation. No relaxation in age is applicable for this category. Candidates belonging to OBC category (Non Creamy Layer) should submit an attested copy of the class certificate of being OBC issued by the authority prescribed (in the prescribed format enclosed at Annexure-II). The certificate should have been issued on or after 01.04.2010. 3. Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) should submit attested copy of Disability certificate issued by authorized Government hospital / Medical Board (in the prescribed format enclosed at Annexure-III). PWD candidates not submitting certificates in the prescribed format will not be considered and no Traveling expenses will be paid to them.

4. Candidature for Personal Interview is processed based on the details submitted by the candidates in the online application. Candidate should ensure that he / she fulfills the eligibility criteria and other norms prescribed in the advertisement / in this set of instructions. The Company will be free to reject the application at any stage of the recruitment process if the candidate is found not eligible as per prescribed specifications. Even if appointed, such a candidate may be summarily terminated from the training / service.

Candidates should produce original caste certificate and submit the attested photocopy of all the relevant certificates while appearing for the Personal Interview. Complete verification of eligibility of candidates may be done at the time of appearing for Personal Interview. Candidates should therefore note that their candidature is provisional till the Company is satisfied about the eligibility of the candidature and those of the candidates not eligible, need not come for the Personal Interview . 5. The eligibility criteria is as follows: QUALIFICATION:

B.Sc (Agri.) + MBA (Marketing) B.Sc (Biotechnology) + MBA (Marketing) With minimum 55% marks in B.Sc or equivalent with specialization in Agriculture or Biotechnology qualification final year exam (50% for SC/ST category) and additional qualification of MBA/MMS/eq uivalent qualification (2 years regular full time) with specialization in Marketing with minimum 55% (50% for SC/ST category) in the final year / last two

semesters of Post Graduation. Wherever CGPA/OGPA or letter grade is awarded in a degree, the candidate will have to indicate the equivalent percentage of marks. Functional knowledge of computers is essential for the post. Candidates have to bring their Final Year Marksheet. If the result is not available on the date of interview, their candidature will not be processed further. The candidate should possess regular full time minimum qualification as prescribed.

AGE AS ON 1.12.2011:-

Not exceeding 27 years Companys employees are eligible for relaxation in age by five years. The age limit is relaxable by 5 years in case of SC/ST, 3 years in the case of OBC (Non Creamy Layer), 10 years in the case of Persons with Disability candidates, 5 years for candidates domiciled in Jammu and Kashmir between 1.1.1980 to 31.12.1989, 5 years for Ex-servicemen, 5 years for Children/family members of the victims of 1984 riots.

6. While coming for the Personal Interview, kindly bring the Interview Call Letter affixing a recent passport size photograph in the space provided. A set of attested photo copies of the proof of Date of Birth (SSC Passing Certificate), Educational Qualification (Copies of marksheets of all the semesters, Grade Card, Consolidated Marksheet, Passing certificate, etc. of the Graduation/ Post Graduation Degree), Worksheet for calculation of percentage of marks, Caste Certificate if applicable, disability certificate if applicable etc. should also be brought, which will be verified. The Interview Call Letter and TA form (if applicable) will be collected at the Interview Centre.
Please note that, without the above stated documents you shall not be allowed to appear for the Personal Interview. 7. For appearing for the Personal Interview, Outstation candidates will be reimbursed to and fro II class sleeper Rail / Bus fare by the shortest route on production of the ticket after the Personal Interview. The outstation candidates will be required to attach the original ticket of the onward journey and photocopy of the return journey, alongwith the claim form. TA claim forms will be given at the Interview centre and reimbursement of the TA will be done to such candidates after appearing for the personal interview. 8. Candidates failing to comply with the above instructions will not be permitted to appear for the Personal Interview.

9. The Company will be free to reject the application at any stage of the recruitment process if the candidate is not found eligible as per the prescribed specifications / not followed above instructions. Even if appointed, such a candidate may be summarily terminated from the training / service.
