META ART NOTE - Stuck Sets A situation within the modelspace has arisen which has not been encountered prior to this processing. The data sets for 2/two of the entities, SpaceGoatFarts and Markets get 'stuck' as modelspace is progressed forward. The more or less normal progression of the data elements through modelspace has the entity under observation appear to 'move' as the new data points are brought into the display and older data elements of the same class are 'aged' out and removed. So visually to humans (and others?) it appears that the entity 'moves' through the modelspace as the X and Z axes are progressed, unit by unit. In this instance we have an initial movement forward for the data sets under observation, then they 'stick' in place. This effect is not complete, in that there are some new elements added, so the entities appear to grow a bit, however the 'aged' elements are being replaced and so appear to 'wink' out, only to reappear in the same relative position as the entity is reconstructed the next 'tick mark' over. Make sense? Clear as a geoduck at high tide? So the impression is that universe is not satisfied with merely introducing particular developing circumstance, but rather wants to make a real impression on life here on earth, and so does a replay, just for emphasis. Hmmm. We know what release periods feel like...but what will a 'redux' release episode emotively invoke the 'second time round'? This note is repeated in the sets affected.

Indicated for initial manifestation August 13th through the 16th, but scattered energies SpaceGoatFarts also showing up as a [repeat event] for December 2007 through end from space of March of 2008 Antarctica - energetic Still growing, but again, with longer term values indicating a SpaceGoatFarts 'bursting' over [visible] manifestation *starting* in late Winter (January/February continent 2008) continues to accrue values in all sets including the immediacy values. Early visibility of this very long term emergent circumstances is forecast to appear in late Summer, 2007 with a rise Populace/USofA employment crash in [visible] aspects within Press entity as we approach the September equinox. The impact is to be very very very large if the George postulate and the totality of emotional sums attached are good indicators. Continues to gain values in both shorter term, and longer term value sets. The shorter term sets from ALTA 0308 are showing that 'rebellion' and 'mutiny' will surface in early Fall (October/November 2007), and that [bloody] aspects will be in place by March of 2008. Populace/USofA revolution/rebellion Very important meme as the longer term values have very far reaching potentials which are explicitly referencing [multiple generations] to be impacted by the unfolding meme over the next 2/two years beginning with the Summer solstice. The UFO/contact and/or 'disclosure' meme grows with vigor in all sets since 2000. The very large level of emotional support values suggests that 'contact' or at least 'disclosure of contact' is a very real possibility within these next 2/years, and that is has a very high SpaceGoatFarts Contact/UFO level of probability of appearing with [shocking suddenness] and *without* control by TPTB. This last is indicated by the continuing association with SpaceGoatFarts as opposed to the same descriptor set within ThePowersThatBe entity. Supposition is that the "best laid plans of aliens and men, aft gang aglay". The [earthquake quivering period] is still building values in the longer term sets. This may be indicative of the current 'shakes' continuing for at least another year. This *might* be a good thing as Terra shaky period the 'ending' punctuation for the 'time of quivers/shakes' is shown as 3/three really good sized earthquakes spaced 2/two close together, with a small 'whew' breathing space following, then the last of the very large quakes. This area of rising 'environmental' alterations to the planetary 'biozone' continues to grow. It has been characterized as 'fungus amongst us' as there will be the appearance, and forced coping, with Terra fungus amongst us new forms of 'fungal intrusions' into human/plant/animal life. The hopeful cynic wishes that 'fungus' would also be irritating to the space aliens as well. Mostly visible as rolling shutdowns of electrical distribution system. Indications are for a 'regional outage' which is [never adequately power/energy rolling explained], and thereafter a very much elevated 'near daily' Populace/USofA shortages manifestation of [blackouts]. Though short lived, these [blackouts] will be very troublesome. Indicated for the extreme southern oceans including the very southern portion of the Pacific, the land rising aspect has elements Terra Land rising which are suggestive of an emergence in 2008. Remains to be seen, but a change in accretion patterns is definitively taking place. This set is participating in the 'transformations' meta data layer, and is also directly held within the Terra entity and is suggesting that Terra transformation(s) [rising lands] will [alter/transform] the [global oceans/currents]. This set is continuing to accrue data in immediacy, shorter term, and longer term values. The ratios are suggestive of a 'quickening' or 'approaching' of the event itself. Our best possible estimate is late 2008, or early 2009. We *think* our timing clues are good at this point. This set continues to grow in Terra, and via cross links in Populace/USofA, and GlobalPop, as well as Markets entity. Long term values accrual rates would *seemingly* indicate an early 2009 timeframe. Both of these aspect sets are participatory within the meta data layers of the same names. In both cases, the aspect/attributes gain significantly in Fall of 2007 with a push upward towards February 2008 where the data shows these aspect/attributes going to vertical within SpaceGoatFarts entity

SpaceGoatFarts - Poles Apart, Carps Ahead, Dancing Continents The last of the long range data from ALTA series 0308 presented new lexical constructs during the processing and subsequent loading of modelspace. This long range data is the small sub set which falls outside of our longer term data sets which extend out 3/three years. The issue is the 'scattering effect' of the longer term data sets. This is to say that some of the data points within our modelspace always will end up as 'orphans' out beyond the usual range of the data as a set. We then collect these data points into their own set for examination. The processing of these 'very far look indicators' is always left until after the series has been complete as they consume much more processing time, and also require the modelspace to be reconfigured for loading. After reloading modelspace, it was instantly apparent that, over the longest possible look-ahead view, the SpaceGoatFarts entity will come to dominate. This view extends out *from* 3/three years and continues a number of years. It must be recognized that this is our most *unreliable* data extracted from a whole stew of generalities and other chunky bits of dubious universe babble. Sooooo, while it is worth paying attention as these long range indicators develop, it is *not* worth worrying....waaay too far out for any level of accuracy. BUT this time the processing resulted in something different. We find that the modelspace has a new configuration, and several new contexts developing, as well as huge shift in weighted values which resulted in the Terra entity losing its dominance to the SpaceGoatFart entity. *Recalling that the SpaceGoatFart entity is our proxy during processing for the [unknown] appearing as emotional driver here on terra or from [space], as well as being a general container for all the 'officially denied', and/or 'mysterious' elements of life here in sol's system, it is very curious that SpaceGoatFarts as an entity would rise to this level of emotional summation dominance given the other emotionally frothy entities such as Bushista and Terra and Markets. This processing was a distinct surprise. As we examine the SpaceGoatFart entity for what details are offered, the first aspect/attribute set noticeable was [poles apart/split]. The supporting aspect/attribute sets within the context define this as a [splitting] of the [geographic poles] for terra. There are aspects/attributes covering the [magnetic] poles, so this is distinctly focusing on the 'crustal shift' kind of dislocation. The data set is seemingly presenting a view of the [poles splitting] from their current position, though we have no details sets indicating either when or by how much. The [deviation] of the [poles apart] is described as being [visible] as well as participating in a Terra [intrusion] which itself is extensively supported with [dislocation/movement] and [damage]. Further the cross links between the SpaceGoatFarts entity and the Terra entity for this sub set terminate in the Terra entity in a sub set which also contains our forecast [global coastal event]. In this case the data sets are indicating that the [global coastal event] *will have* already occurred *before* the emergence of the [poles apart] [visibility]. As humans, and being beset with monkey mind, we will perceive the [global coastal event] as a *precursor* and as a [causal agent/instigating movement], but the data set is arguing that the real relationship is as a [mild side effect] of the [influences from space] also known as 'space goat farts'. We must bear in mind though that so far the 'mild side effects' have also included the recent Ban de Ache earthquake, the Pakistan/Kashmir quake, the Peru quake, et al. Soooo [mild] has a very wide range of use in this case. As part of the predictive aspects/attributes within the supporting set for the [poles apart] sub set, there are indications that prior to the emergence of the [pole movements], there will be very [unusual] indicators such as a [gathering of fishes] in the [centers of the deserted seas, and lakes]. The details sets here indicate that [vibrations] will [draw] all the [fishes] in the [lakes] to the [center] where they will [breathe quietly] and in [seeming unison/synchronized]. While there are more aspects/attribute sets for [lakes] than [oceans/seas], the [observable gathering] will be [visible] in both types of our [water world], but since more humans with media devices live near [lakes] that aspect has the higher levels of [visibility]. The other primary supporting aspect sets for [poles apart] include such aspects as [huge] and [great], both not particularly welcome when describing natural phenomena such as [continental movements]. Feeling much as a "flea on the dog's ass", the data sets are pointing toward a [washing] from the [global coastal event]. This [washing] is supported by descriptors indicating that [life/humans] will be [washed from the coasts] and [pushed inland] during the [global coastal event]. Given the granularity of the modelspace with the longest

range values, it is difficult to ascertain how much elapsed time, if any, between the [global coastal event] and the [gathering of fishes]. Without regard to our inability to separate the emotional values, which may merely indicate that the emotional trauma of the [global coastal event] lasts a very long time until it runs into the emotions generated by the [poles apart] movement, the data does show that some level of separation exists between these 2/two sub sets of projected future SpaceGoatFart/Terra events. It is possible to 'see' that humans form new types of social order *prior* to the [poles apart] movement. The indicators are within the GlobalPopulace entity which as descriptor sets pointing toward a very diverse and growing manifestation of 'new social arrangements' which are in place at the time that modelspace delivers the SpaceGoatFarts [poles apart] aspects. In other words, there are some very large social changes which take place prior to the [poles splitting] *at least in modelspace, no guarantees that our fictions will resemble actual developing circumstances*. The [gathering of fishes] pops up within modelspace just prior to the [poles splitting]. The distance here is not measurable as it is smaller than the granularity of the data sets, and thus is indicated as being very close, likely within months of the actual [continental jig-about] which is being forecast. Other interesting descriptors for the [fishes] include [on fire] as though some [fishes will burn]. Further into the descriptor set are for [fishes massed] so thickly as to [defy transit/travel]. Within the [fishes on fire] supporting aspect/attribute sets are further aspects going to the image of [fishes so thick (as to) resemble multi-colored land (when) viewed from above]. Other supporting aspects provide that [deeper (is) hotter] and that the [vibrations/heat] will be the [impetus] for the [fishes to gather] in the [centers of waters]. There are extensive internal cross links within SpaceGoatFarts for the [poles apart] aspect which include descriptors for [water] which will [descend] and then [soak] the [lands]. This is lexically independent of the [global coastal event], and is pertaining to the [poles apart] and [continental dance/jig]. The [soaking] is itself supported by [deluge] and [rolling/pushed/driven waves]. In comparison to the [global coast event] where the data sets pointed to [10/ten years clean up time], the [pole apart] is shown as [creating debris] which [fuels/feeds] for [generations]. We note that there is no mention of [pies] and that Igor is a bit apprehensive about [pie future], but we proceed in spite of our trepidations. A very large area of cross links goes from the SpaceGoatFart entity over to the Terra entity where the terminators are within a large set under the descriptor of [atmosphere]. Much of the [atmosphere rivers] or [rivers of moisture in the atmosphere] language is not found within these longest value sets and so the interpretation is that a lot of the [deluge] and [soaking] of the lands includes a general [draining] of the [rivers of water] from the [atmosphere]. This would fit with other descriptors within the Terra entity which are pointing to [eutropism] and [flooding] of [lakes] and [estuarine environments] by both [water] and [mud]. There are also indicators that new [mud flats] will act as [sinks/sponges] for [soaking] and create [wide] and [impossible (to) cross] [level plains] of [very deep mud]. Some cross links to the GlobalPopulace entity, of which there are very few at this point in the modelspace, point toward the [mud] being a very [useful/productive] and [unusual] [resource]...hmmm, still no mention of [pies] though, and Igor is busily chewing on his mustache. This longest value far-look set is sparse for meaningful details. What is available provides links to [distress] and [dislocation] and [debris] as the top supporting aspects/attribute sets from the lexicon. The data suggests that the [distress] will be somewhat [relieved/alleviated] by [grasping/touching/hugging/embracing/contact] after the [movement of the poles apart]. Further the details point to [debris] which can only be adequately described as [mountains], and which will provide [fuel] for the [shaking few] who will require it. Within this sub set we note that a [split] occurs over the [reaction] to the [poles apart movement] which seemingly divides the survivors into those who [flood tears], and those [too removed/numbed] to [react]. At this point in the modelspace, the *only* context which appears beyond the [poles apart] is headed by the aspect/attribute set of [motion] which is supported by [hesitant] and [stuttering]. This is held within SpaceGoatFarts, and is extensively cross linked to the Terra entity where a number of terminators end at [quiescent/quiet/subdued]. SpaceGoatFarts - Immediacy Values Set - Tears and Blood Flow, Onion Stuck A decision had to be made as to where within Part Zero to include this section of the report. The difficulty arises due to the blending of the sources of the data, as well as the nature of the interpretation. After some peach pie and many coffees, a debate was conducted and the SpaceGoatFart section was chosen as the host for this part of the interpretation. This was mostly based on the SpaceGoatFart entity having a slight numeric dominance within the data being referenced. Please note that the other choices for host section were Terra entity, and the GlobalPopulace entity with Populace/USofA sub set being favored. An additional critical element was that the 'point of origin' for the data set was clearly the SpaceGoatFart entity. It was then decided to *not* include this within the other SpaceGoatFart entity interpretation as the data being used here is primarily the first of the 0508 immediacy values to hit modelspace. invoke the 'second time round'? The SpaceGoatFart entity immediacy values, which are effective prior to the end of Summer on the September 21st equinox, are dominated by a rather ominously labeled and supported aspect/attribute set of [dangerous situation]. This aspect/attribute set has primary supporting values in the aspect of [difficulty/danger/disaster/disruption/dissipation/dispersion] within the lexicon. Given the supporting aspect/attributes we have chosen [danger(ous)] as the primary aspect descriptor from the set as it provides the better fit with [situation/circumstance/manifestations/emergence]. This aspect/attribute set gets its highest levels of emotive support from the aspect/attributes of [lot/mass/many trouble/peril/risk]. Within the [trouble/risk] sub set we find the persistent meme of the year, [flooding]. In this instance there are specific aspect/attribute details going toward the idea that the real [problem] will be [mud], and further that [mud] will cause the [sinking/immersion] of the [transportation system]. This last is supported by [complex] and [failure], along with details indicating the [mud overwhelming/conquering] will lead to the populace producing [tears en_masse/in_abundance] during a time of [drying blood]. We are taking this last as an indicator that there will be [sadness/grief] expressed during a brief time in which the more [visible] release language will be centered around an [examination]. Also found within the immediacy values are indicators that the [outcome] is [determined] at the [onset/initiation], and that it is also [hopeless]. This last aspect is supported by [belief] and [options/other_avenues/alternatives/otherwise], so we are interpreting the sub set as signaling that whatever the developing circumstances produced by [mud flood], the [situation/outcome is not alterable]. There are supporting sets indicating that there will be [ancient] elements involved within the [mud eating the transportation], and that this [ancient reminder/callback/returning_word] will produce a [bulls eye/on target/centered goal] on which the [visibility] will focus. Presumably this will become more meaningful as the global mediastream becomes involved and, as is their habit, becomes [fixated/focused] on a single, particular component of the overall circumstances. The [ancient callback] {ed note: ruins?} will be meaningful for the aware observer as a temporal marker for the [returning circumstance/development] which the data describes as [masking/covering/following_contours] of the [ancient/previous] instance. Hmmm...so we are in for a 'repeat of history'? There are specific references for a [concert/musical_recitation/presentation] which will be [involved] in the [troubling circumstances/risky situation], though it appears to *not* be either the site, nor central to the events which follow. More of universe providing a convenient 'jumping off point'. The data set seems to be pointing to something easily remembered, such as a large concert, such that when the 'repeat' factor comes into view, it will be easily associated with the large and recent [concert]. Along with the [concert] details, the supporting aspect/attributes are populated with a large number of animal species references such as [dogs], [cows], [bulls], [herons], [crows], [doves], other bird species, and some small number of amphibians such as [tree frogs]. There are references to [feathers], and [knives], as well as [documents] and [decoding(s)]. These last are *all* under the [secrets revealed] meta data layer influence. Other eclectic supporting aspects include [premature germination], and [shallow waters prevail/overcome], as well as the now familiar reference to [bad summer] which comes from the Markets entity in previous ALTA reports of this past year. There are reinforcing supporting aspect/attribute sets for the [bad summer] meme throughout the data sets, and these proliferate as the data set grows in size with the progression through modelspace. The [troubled concert] is showing as a supporting aspect set to the [bad summer] and may even be the [mental marker] for this whole period. The data is indicating that the association with the [sinking transportation system into the mud] and the [concert] is linked for some particular reason which is not yet visible within modelspace. This is determined from the very large number of cross links to the Populace/USofA entity sub set of the GlobalPopulace total set. In support of the [sinking transportation] aspect/attribute set are found a number of references to [blockage] and [grasping]. Further down the supporting aspect chain, additional details are gleaned from aspect/attributes such as [behavior (should be) held (in) abeyance]. This is supported by [waiting/abiding_until opportunity (for) better/easier motions]. This is supported by [helpers (are) sought/needed], and this in turn is supported by many references to directly held aspects such as [financial situation], as well as large numbers of cross links to the Markets entity. The appearance is that some how the SpaceGoatFart entity, over the course of the [last/rest of Summer] will be 'linked' or [tied] by universe to the [behavior] of the markets. In ALTA 0308 there was the conjunction of [scattered energies from space] within the SpaceGoatFart entity and timed for the August 13 through 16th, and the Markets entity with its [panic/calamity/bad_summer] meme. Once again such a conjunction is forming, and as noted above, this [bad summer] plus SpaceGoatFart influences is formed just prior to the SpaceGoatFart entity, *and* the Markets entity getting 'stuck' in their emerging immediacy value sets. Within the SpaceGoatFarts entity, sub set [financial situation] are directly held references to [bad time (for) jobs/employment]. Again, a directly held reference with cross links over to the Populace/USofA entity where it terminates, not unexpectedly, in [employment crash] sub set. This [bad time (for) employment] meme showing up within the SpaceGoatFart entity directly is curious to say the least. A reasonable {ed note: if that word can be applied to anything we do here at HPH} interpretation would seemingly be that the [unknown energies from space] will somehow be responsible, or influencing of the [employment crash] situation down on earth, with a specific focus on the USofA. Hmmmm. Ok, we'll reserve judgment on this until it can be examined from the fullness of time. Also seemingly out of place in the SpaceGoatFarts entity are directly held aspects for a [scandal] which will [emerge] around [small matters] which are supported by [lack of forbearance/patience/calm_mind]. The [scandal] which [emerges] from the [lack of forbearance in small matters] will directly, and [rapidly] lead to the [over_turning/up_setting/inverting (of) great schemes]. This in turn is heavily

linked to the Markets entity in its concurrent 'stuck in state' point in modelspace. Returning up the aspect chain to the [dangerous situation] and the [mired in mud transportation system], there are other supporting aspects which also hold directly to [financials], and [financial situations]. Further there are specific [weather] held aspects which also contain [employment], and [financial situation] aspects. The interpretation is favoring a [rest-of-summer] [unsettledness] in the [climate] which is large enough to be a [concurrent influence] on events developing in other entities such as Markets. Part of this [climate/weather] influence is supported by aspect/attributes going to [hardships endured] and [floating] and [counter_rotating]. These are internally cross linked to the [transportation system mud encounter]. As the modelspace is progressed forward from the starting state of [dangerous situation] it moves into its 'stuck' data set which is labeled as [separation (by/of) layers]. As in an 'onion', the [layers] being described are [layers of substance/reality]. These are shown as being a [swap/replacement] of the [old layers/realities], with [emergence/manifesting circumstance]. Again the very curious centering in SpaceGoatFarts on the seemingly pure human abstraction of the [financial situation]. Again, somehow the SpaceGoatFart entity is 'claiming' primacy of influence on the [financial system events] which will occur over the [rest of summer], and then the [stuck state] which will [emerge] in Fall. This area is also supported by [worst] and [bad Fall] in conjunction and at the same level of primacy. The interpretation for humans is that the SpaceGoatFart entity is saying that "if you thought that Summer was bad (for financial thingeys), then you should prepare for a worse-than-bad Fall, and oh, by the way, you'll be stuck there for some while". The meta level comment from universe is that "no use (hopeless) trying to affect the situation as SpaceGoatFarts are reigning/raining from on-high". Also within the supporting data sets for [worse Fall] are aspects/attributes for [retirement] and the [vanishing (of) millions]. This last is supported by details suggesting [vanishing] refers not the humans, but rather to the [mind/calm] of the [retired] and the [pending]. This area is also supported by aspect/attributes which are extensively cross linked to Terra entity where the termination points are spread out among [floods] and [earthquakes] and other types of [disruption/intrusion] by terra into [daily life activities]. Again the interpretation is forced back to a higher level of concept within SpaceGoatFart entity with its supporting aspects dominated numerically by [mind set]. This [mind set/perception/point_of_view] itself is dominated by the supporting aspect of [torus]. The [torus] aspect/attribute set contains support for [complex] and [doubled]. In both cases the primary supporting aspect in turn is [by/being halved]. This in turn is supported by [twisting]. So the interpretation is that the [unknown energies from space] which will continue to influence and affect us all here on earth are [originating] from a [torus which is doubled by twisting in half]. This last can also easily be interpreted as [whose affect/effect/impact is doubled by the twisting of the torus in half/mid_way]. Hmmm. Doesn't help much. There are a number of other SpaceGoatFart entity hosted contexts with either cross links to the Markets entity or to the populace entities where there are [financial] termination points. These include references to [officials (hiding/retiring) into mountains], as well as slightly less ominous references to [not a time to want/desire to go anywhere]. Both of these supporting sets are participating in [restrictions on travel], and are directly held with primary support for the [stuck in peeling layers] meme which will apparently come to dominate Fall. As a somber note, the [officials hiding in mountains] aspect/attribute set is supported internally by repeated references to [falling into] a [situation (which is) getting worse and worse]. Within the supporting sets for [officialdom hiding/retiring in mountains] are internal SpaceGoatFart entity cross links to termination points in both [flooding] aspects, and a sub set which is cross linked to the Terra entity [global coastal event]. The cross linking is suggesting that the interpretation should lean toward a [visible] display of [officialdom hiding/wanting_to_hide] from a [dangerous situation getting worse and worse], and in which mere [knowledge/awareness] of the [dangerous situation] is considered as [making the dangers more real]. The [difficulty] for [officialdom] is showing as being [perception/awareness]. In this case the cross links show that [awareness of the situation] equals [danger for officialdom], and also that it is increasing the [pressure/incentive/motivation] to [retire to the mountains]. It is, and has been, language such as in the aspects detailed above that has focused our interpretation on a developing [perceptual shift] which is occurring over the course of this Summer. Since ALTA 1207 {ed note: I think, hard to keep it all in wet-RAM} we have had forecasts of a coming [point of view] change, with special emphasis on the populace of the USofA and focused on [terra changes/climate/et al]. It is arguable at this point that the [flooding] meme world wide, but also specifically within the USofA *has* begun the change of point-of-view of the populace-at-large. There are clear indications from the global mediastream coverage, as well as internet reporting, that the [flooding] meme manifestation over this Summer has altered core perceptions about the [stability] of life here on terra. These perception changes alone were forecast to have behavior impacts which would affect markets. Markets - Alliances Plague META ART NOTE: A situation within the modelspace has arisen which has not been encountered prior to this processing. The data sets for 2/two of the entities, SpaceGoatFarts and Markets get 'stuck' as modelspace is progressed forward. The more or less normal progression of the data elements through modelspace has the entity under observation appear to 'move' as the new data points are brought into the display and older data elements of the same class are 'aged' out and removed. So visually to humans (and others?) it appears that the entity 'moves' through the modelspace as the X and Z axes are progressed, unit by unit. In this instance we have an initial movement forward for the data sets under observation, then they 'stick' in place. This effect is not complete, in that there are some new elements added, however the 'aged' elements are being replaced and so appear to 'wink' out, only to reappear in the same relative position as the entity is reconstructed the next 'tick mark' over. Make sense? Clear as a geoduck at high tide? So the impression is that universe is not satisfied with merely introducing particular developing circumstance, but rather wants to make a real impression on life here on earth, and so does a replay just for emphasis. Hmmm. We know what release periods feel like...but what will a 'redux' release episode emotively invoke the 'second time round'?

As noted, the Markets entity also gets 'stuck in state' as modelspace is progressed. The movement starts with references to [gatherings/festivals/holidays] which instantly focus our attention on Labor Day due to its importance for markets here in the USofA. This Labor Day falls on September 3rd. There are a number of other pointers to September 3rd as a time of [peril], and [dangerous situation] both within Markets, and in other entities. The alignment of the various pointers to a September 3rd [gatherings day] 'memory' hook are numerous enough to suggest that universe will indeed provide something [memorable] for us all on that day. Unfortunately for Markets entity, the real [dangerous situation] is precipitated by September 3rd occurrences, and thereafter the [influence (is) unleashed/unbound]. This [unbinding] of previously [held in check] situation/forces will become most noticeable on Tuesday, September 4, as indicated on the chart below by the change to building emotional tension for a brief time after September 3.

Within the supporting aspect/attribute sets for our starting position for Markets entity in progress the immediacy values through modelspace are repeated references to the now-ever-present [floods] meme. In this case, new support for [floods] also goes to [floods of tears], and [floods of losses]. In both instances the supporting sets come into [visible] manifestation after the building emotional tension from September 4 through 7 inclusive. The implication is that the [brief sadness] or [small grief] which triggers the building emotional tension lets loose with seriousness as [floods] meme moves once again into [visible] focus around September 7th. Other supporting aspect/attribute sets include a number of references to [disease] including such specific nasties as [plague], and as may be expected, concurrent references to both [restrictions on movements] and [encounters with scarcity]. Once again, the [flooding] meme is also dominating the [emergence] areas of both of these meta data sets. These areas are about equally divided between the populace entities, though there are a greater number of USofA geographic references which are held in the Markets entity. This suggests that such considerable [flooding] damage will be done as to provide a [pivot point] or [inflection point] in the emotional energies which drive markets. The immediacy value data sets for the Markets entity are yet again reinforcing the idea that [global trade], as we currently understand the context, will *not* exist after September 19th. Or rather, after the 72/seventy-two days which follow September 19th. Thereafter the idea of [globalism] as it is understood now, will be a [memory] which is [fading] under [daily pressures]. As the immediacy values are specifically very close temporal sets, it is not possible to determine if a process is involved, or a specific emerging circumstance. What is observable is the building of the data sets around the meta data levels of [revolution] at a global scale within the populace entities. Further the context for the meta data layer of [revolution] is expanding in all directions, and much of the expansion within the immediacy value sets are participating in the [secrets revealed] meta data layer as well.

Populace/USofA & GlobalPop - Food, Shelter, Life and Everything The immediacy value set being processed is dominated by Terra entity values, at least up to the [autumnal equinox] on September 21. This is also true of the populace entities, Populace/USofA and GlobalPop. In both entities the data sets which have the highest emotional value sums are also those which are linked over to the Terra entity, and usually as what we call "terminating links". Noting that unlike the 'solstice' which may actually be translated as 'stand still' and which refers to the 3/three day periods occurring twice each year in which the sun appears to 'stand still' from the populace entities view point, the data set is pointing to a very [energetic equinox] this particular year. In fact, the data sets would seemingly have the [equinox] appear on the 19th! A full 2/two days early. This impression comes across from the onset of emotional building tension language which barrels in on the very early morning of September 19th at between 5AM and 6:20 AM (UTC). And while the values within the data sets for the populace entities are focused some 56/fifty-six percent on contexts which have 'fiscal' associations, these are also dominated by Terra entity cross links. The Terra entity has sub sets from the immediacy values which suggest that the [flooding] so far seen globally is [merely begun], or as otherwise described is just the [warning trickle]. The [flooding] meme so prevalent, and insistently supported in the last 4/four ALTA series continues to build with [vigor] from the 0508 immediacy values. Globally the rest of Summer 2007 is described as being [watered/waterlogged/saturated], and further that the [intrusion] of terran climate is to be so [intense] as to [disrupt (the) militaries] of the planet. The [military] aspect within the [flooding] meme within the Terra entity, and *excluding* the populace entity cross links is pointing toward [cessation], and [reduction] of [military movements], as well as [acute/extreme shortages] as a result of [flooding]. The [armies] will further be impacted by [flooding] causing a [looking back] or [returning] to [source] suggesting that military assistance will be required for the rest of Summer as [floods] proceed to [build]. There are a number of references within Populace/USofA and GlobalPop for [animals] in [fields] being [rescued] under the [military] aspect, as well as supporting detail aspect/attribute sets for [military] being involved in [attempted recovery/rescue] of [food supplies]. The emotional weight for the [food supplies threatened by flooding] meme grows as Summer wanes and sags toward Fall where the [food supplies] meme in general gets a huge boost of cross linked emotional energies from the populace entities. The challenge for us in processing the populace entity data sets was to try to derive greater understanding of just what-the-hell was to be the cause of the sudden emotional turn-around indicated for the morning of September 19th. This particular challenge still yields strange cross links over to the SpaceGoatFart entity where less-than-meaningful details provide marshmallow like support for again [unknown energies from space], though the immediacy values do suggest that [flooding], and specifically the 'predictable side effects' of [flooding] such as [disease] and [food shortages] will be part of the emotionally driving concerns for Fall. However the sought for clarity within the immediacy value sets is primarily pointing toward a more dire prediction of a [storm] which unleashes [energies] that in turn [drive/propel] a [flood]. Now the terribly hard part. We have to acknowledge that such language has appeared in far distant past ALTA reports and specifically in the series in which the Sumatra tsunami was forecast erroneously as an 'electrically/storm driven water'. The same sets appear at this point in the data. *PLEASE* understand that this is where the art of radical linguistics takes on a scary level. These sets contain over 11/eleven thousand words. So the reappearance of these particular sets in this particular sequence does *NOT* guarantee an earthquake and subsequent tsunami. The sets include the language for such, but also these same sets include most of the language seen in the forecasts in ALTA reports of the [city going back into the mud] which was the pre-Katrina description of the New Orleans suffering. So...either or both could be forecast within these data sets. Or it could be something *entirely* different which is as beyond our conception now, as was the Sumatran earthquake/tsunami when we got the data for [force driven water, electricity/energy] and decided, "oh, big storm coming" as the interpretation. Along with our data sets for [energies driving waters] which are the closest we can come to a 'proximate cause' for the emotional turn on September 19th, we also have extensive [wind] and [conflict] sets, as well as a movement through modelspace across the 18th and through the 19th which produces a movement in to a new dominating aspect/attribute set of [weight/dominance/control /suppression_of_movements]. However we must note that all the primary supporting aspects/attributes for the new state of [suppression] which dominates the emotions of the 19th and sets the tone for the next period of 72 (more or less) days contain either [water] or [flooding] as the emotive summation link back to the lexicon. The impression from the data set is that emotional flow of the populace will be altered by a [swift wind/atmospheric_energies] which is followed by [weights/oppression/sitting_upon (of/by) water]. The primary levels of support for the [oppression by water] also include repeated references to [disease] and [sickness], and in some cases there are links back to the Terra entity where the origination points are [ocean influenza]. These in turn are also linked over to [atmosphere] internally within Terra, and those sets are cross linked back to both populace entities where the termination points also include [disease] as a primary supporting aspect. Within the [disease] sub set are aspect/attribute details for [no skin on thighs] and that in turn is not surprisingly supported by [hard to walk]. Then there are further supporting sets for [slamming] and [force] within the [skinless thighs] sub set that suggests some [slamming force] will be the causal agent for the [removal of thigh skin]. Again we must note that the [force] aspect is supported directly by repeated [water] and [flood] aspects suggesting that perhaps another tsunami *may* be the culprit forecast behind the shadowy language. Or it could also be some seriously [wind] driven [waters] in the way of perhaps a hurricane storm surge. Or some other, natural phenomena which could be defined by the context. Along those lines it is worth noting that the primary support for the [storm/energetic driven water] also includes aspects in support such as [severe hardship], [un-smooth/made_rough roads], [worn out garments], [writing notes (as) trails], [disputes] {ed note: also on 9.19.2007, [conflict/dispute] as a meta data layer goes vertical in all parts

of the Bushista entity}, and lastly, [officials]. Again please note that in our experience with these reports the appearance of [officials] is *never* a good sign. In support of the rather nasty idea of an [earthquake] followed by [energy driven waters] are such elements as [movement from below], and [domination from below], as well as [cracked earths/grounds]. This last is supported by [uplifted]. There are also references to [social gathering, wedding] which are echoes of previous forecasts for a [prominent wedding postponed], and again, that was associated with [earthquakes]. The data set is *not* clear. As noted above there are several sets of nasty occurrence which each could produce this context. However, there are only a few which are unambiguously pointing to [earthquakes], and of those, we have nearly a third within this supporting set. Also within the data are bespoke, which is to say, explicitly referenced, aspects for [full moon] as well as [lunar] which is associated with [changes_in_state]. This last is a very specific reference to either of the 'north or south' nodes of the lunar arc through space which allow for 'lunar eclipse' to occur. Within both astronomy and astrology the link between eclipses and natural disasters has been noticed. As we have a full moon, and as terra is just coming off an alignment with other planets and the sun, the occurrence of the lunar eclipse does argue for some form of natural disaster. Predictably, earthquakes are also associated with both lunar movements, and extreme stress points such as eclipse nodes. We are able note that *whatever* the cause, that is, big-ass-storm, or earthquake/tsunami, the populace, more so in the USofA than globally, will be very much focused on tending to [food], [shelter], and [life/everything]. This last aspect is an indicator that part of the emotional language change following the 19th of September will be a focus on [risk] of [life/everything] [not continuing].

Conclusion: Part Zero - Likely Wrong Well, yep, if we had to actually cut-bait-or-fish on the subject, we do think that the dubious evidence presented does forecast an earthquake and likely subsequent tsunami. Unfortunately for us, the forecast is not vague at all, but rather specifically goes to the 19th of September. However, we are likely wrong. Let us repeat that...we are likely wrong. The reason that we can state this opinion with clarity is that, so far, universe has *never* made it easy and is *always* providing the unforeseen 'wrinkle' in our ability to view events/circumstances out of time. So, just as when we missed the Boxing Day tsunami by interpreting it as a 'storm' which included 'electric/force driven waters', we are likely very wrong now in maintaining that interpretation for the current sets. It seemingly does not matter, as events and time will proceed to demonstrate correctness in only a few short weeks, however, it does matter in that there are 'slightly less flaky' supporting theories which do link actual out-in-reality phenomena such as lunar eclipse and earthquakes. But, in spite of our hesitations, we have to be intellectually honest and state that, 'yep, it sure *looks* like the data is forecasting an earthquake and tsunami' and on the early morning of the 19th. But, remember, it won't be as we think, but as universe allows it to develop....so not to worry, the planet is a big place, and once again...likely we are wrong. The real consolation is to be taken from the absolute fact that we are repeatedly wrong. Got that? Not to worry. Probably wrong. This concludes Part Zero of the ALTA 0508 series. Part One is expected to be posted by Tuesday, September 4th. However given the current state of markets turmoil, forecast SpaceGoatFarts and the always incompetent [officialdom], we will attempt to have Part One posted earlier. This schedule is also influenced by the [gatherings] on Labor Day here in the USofA.
