With its compact design and wonderful creep operation ability, EPT-20-20WA provide better solutions for both operation easier and room save.
Durability:
Heavy-duty MONARCH hydraulic motor is integral with the pump and reservoir to assure positive alignment and maximum strength. External cutoff switch plus mechanical stop saves energy and prevents motor overloading when forks have reached full height. The drive unit gear box is designed for ease of maintenance. All gears are immersed in an oil bath for long life and quiet operation. The tapered fork design provides industry leading pallet entry and exit. And its one piece overall design rather than welded frame can give the truck much more stability and strength when loading.

The latest Zapi AC drive system is applied on this new generation, high performance is complemented by the high efficiency of the AC controller and drive motor: Ensures the truck respond to the slightest command from the driver. Excellent acceleration for high throughput, more power, higher drive speed, higher productivity, maintains the travel speed in every situation especially on slope. Integrated energy reclamation during braking . Automatically braked during unintentional roll back on ramps. Less motor heat, faster heat dissipation means lower energy consumption. A fully enclosed construction means higher resistance against dust and moisture, with no maintenance parts such as carbon-brushes means higher reliability and lower maintenance. Quick direction change without customary moment of reflection. Low noise level.
Durable special designed ball bearing steering system provide a less effort and reliable steering operation, both with and without load. High position lift-arm design makes the system pressure very low, and the saved pressure brings long operating time for battery.
Serviceability:
Easy access to all aggregates through top cover with 4-bolt only, give technicians total access to key components. The casters can be released quickly and easily through bore hole in the chassis apron. Low maintenance electric park brake. Fused traction controller. All operation switches in tiller head can be replaced as complete kits.
Operability:
The spring caster optimize the stability of the truck in any situation. EP new control handle can provide safe and smooth operation for driver. The lifting & lowering buttons are easily accessed and operated by fingertip with either hand, without removing the hands from the tiller head.

A long-arm handle on the EPT-20-20WA makes steering and maneuvering easy. With minimal actuating force required to pull down the one piece tiller, the driver can walk either behind the truck or beside it.
Battery tray is locked by a spring tab, which can prevent the battery moves when the truck is traveling, so as to decrease the chance of battery broken and acid leakage.

Having a wide selection of models electric warehouse equipment, EP would launch 2008 new AC series, with big advantages to be delivered such as: ease of operation, productivity, easy service, ergonomic design, reliable performance. With its compact design and wonderful creep operation ability, EPT-20-20WA provide better solutions for both operation easier and room save.
Durability:
Heavy-duty MONARCH hydraulic motor is integral with the pump and reservoir to assure positive alignment and maximum strength. External cutoff switch plus mechanical stop saves energy and prevents motor overloading when forks have reached full height. The drive unit gear box is designed for ease of maintenance. All gears are immersed in an oil bath for long life and quiet operation. The tapered fork design provides industry leading pallet entry and exit. And its one piece overall design rather than welded frame can give the truck much more stability and strength when loading.
Durable special designed ball bearing steering system provide a less effort and reliable steering operation, both with and without load. High position lift-arm design makes the system pressure very low, and the saved pressure brings long operating time for battery.
Serviceability:
Easy access to all aggregates through top cover with 4-bolt only, give technicians total access to key components. The casters can be released quickly and easily through bore hole in the chassis apron. Low maintenance electric park brake. Fused traction controller. All operation switches in tiller head can be replaced as complete kits.
Operability:
The spring caster optimize the stability of the truck in any situation. EP new control handle can provide safe and smooth operation for driver. The lifting & lowering buttons are easily accessed and operated by fingertip with either hand, without removing the hands from the tiller head.

The truck body goes all the way down to the floor, wheels turn within the confines of the chassis, which can reduce the risk of trapped feed etc..
A long-arm handle on the EPT-20-20WA makes steering and maneuvering easy. With minimal actuating force required to pull down the one piece tiller, the driver can walk either behind the truck or beside it.

The latest Zapi AC drive system is applied on this new generation, high performance is complemented by the high efficiency of the AC controller and drive motor: Ensures the truck respond to the slightest command from the driver. Excellent acceleration for high throughput, more power, higher drive speed, higher productivity, maintains the travel speed in every situation especially on slope. Integrated energy reclamation during braking . Automatically braked during unintentional roll back on ramps. Less motor heat, faster heat dissipation means lower energy consumption. A fully enclosed construction means higher resistance against dust and moisture, with no maintenance parts such as carbon-brushes means higher reliability and lower maintenance.
