We have Urgent Requirement of "LEAD ENGINEERS - PIPING MATERIALS - 02 Nos." for DELHI [MNC GROUP] on PERMANENT BASIS.

Necessary Qualification and Exp. Detail :

Position : LEAD ENGINEERS - PIPING MATERIALS.

Education Qualification & Experience :

B.E / B.Tech - Mechanical with minimum 10 years experience.

Technical Skills :

a. To control engineering quality, ensure the progress & schedule of Piping materials related activities He/She has to analyze the design changes and communicate the impact of these changes with respect to budget and schedule to project management as well as other related disciplines.

b. Has to ensure smooth interface and work very closely in task force environment with all the related engineering & construction disciplines.

c. Is required to prepare/guide team for detailed piping specification work based on the base material specified in basic engineering package. He also has to make suitable decisions/resolve conflicts to

choose between company standard practice and PMC/client requirements or practices followed in local market. Such deviations need to be identified during bidding stage and suitably resolved with client.

d. Has to prepare/guide special part specifications and coordinate with related disciplines for required inputs.

e. To prepare Inspection and Test plan for piping components.

f. Will be responsible for guiding and controlling the team to prepare database in PDS/PDMS & material control system. Also responsible for timely preparation of MTOs and further procurement related services like MRs, Technical Bid evaluations, Purchase Order specification and Vendor drawing review. He needs to work closely with Project Management, Piping Layout & Procurement team to schedule such MTOs.

g. Training the team members on new practices in Piping materials.

h. Carry out Proposal engineering related task like review of ITB , hardware & man hours estimation.
