Review of contribution to team Review: My own personal performance for me and my teams own designated activities during sports week was mediocre, as I turned up 1 hour late, this not helping my contribution very much as the sport I was supposed to of taken care of had already passed by the time I got there. In the sport that I did do which was a bit of handball and relay I performed ok, but again didnt fully know the rules that we were playing by as I did not turn up for a quick rehearsal before hand. Although once things started to flow I got into the swing of it and gradually took more control, personally Id say I performed better in helping other leaders with there activities. Better late than never. Danny OCallaghan performed to a high standard he was a good representative and role model throughout the whole event, as he has been for the rest of the week, he disciplined the year groups well and contributed very well not just to teamwork and organisation but also encouragement towards the performers and was fair to all, so there was no discriminative behaviour towards any participants. he was an inspirational leader. The same to be said for Jack Robinson, he contributed very well towards all the events he participated in, he was particularly impressive in the handball and the relay, he showed good demonstrative skills and also showed that he could take control of a class whilst under pressure, his instructions were clear and he was adamant to give up. he was also good at taking control of the class even when they were getting a bit wrestles, he kept their heads high and if they were particularly unwilling to learn or listen then hed still get them to calm down without having to use a raised voice. Reuben was very helpful, and contributed well. He was always making the sport(s) entertaining and keeping people at bay and under control, he was clear in his demonstrative performances and his willingness to teach younger participants within the sports us and he contributed too. For me I think he was particularly good at helping clear up after the activities were done and he was a good referee for basketball, because he walked into one sessions of basketball and didnt know what to do and he caught on very quickly and took control of any situations that were a bit out of hand. There was one particular incident where a kid hit his head on the radiator and Reuben and I were the first to help him up and Reuben took the correct course of action.

Name: Jack Cheshire Coaching and Leadership Liam Alford Liam Alford was good, and I helped him with one of his activities in the late morning sessions, because for that he was the leader so I was helping him, but I thought he was a good leader and controlled things well, he was clear with his instructions and was very helpful to both I and the year group that he was teaching, for most of the sessions it was just me and him in basketball so one was the referee and one was the official and score keeper, then when Reuben turned up we involved him and got him in the loop . Jamie Gillum was quite a good leader, although he seemed a bit nervous and not very confident to start with, he did improve as time progressed and got better with handling pressure as the games went on, although I had to explain most of the rules we were playing by but he was quick to pick them up and was a beneficial member of the whole sports week, turning up and performing very well in every session.

Organisers: Jack Robinson, Danny OCallaghan and myself Venue: Sports Hall Sport: Handball, football, basketball, Relay Numbers: 20

Pre event organisation: I wasnt here for this as I turned up late, but I hear and see that the other members of my team were efficient in setting up the equipment, organising teams and sports.

During event management: During the Events that I was there for I saw that my team were very good at demonstrating their coaching skills, and good at giving instructions to the younger kids, they were good referees and officials and set up equipment during play very quickly, Jack Robinson in particular showed a glowing reference when it came to explaining things to the younger kids and when it came to efficiency in setting up the activities. I think I was good at refereeing once I got there.

Event administration: The organisation of the results was good, the tables that we did were round robins and we did this scoring system for al sports, it worked very well and effectively.

Name: Jack Cheshire Coaching and Leadership Areas for development: Personally my main area for development would be my punctuality. I cannot see any areas of improvement for the other members in my team, although Danny could maybe take more control.
