All accounts and service orders must pass through the contracts system before they are provisioned Clearing House is a transaction rating for both sell as well as buy side. Rate Integration is a third party tool implemented in iPass where it takes aggregated transactions from Clearing House and charges applicable fees from Contracts System to produce customer invoices.
