can focus on building and strengthening my knowledge towards project implementation and
profitability to the company. My dedication to teams and leadership has earned me a
comprehensive understanding of organizational culture.

Objective: IT, Project Management, Analyst, Social Media Specialist

Key Skills

Leadership

• During the academic year of 2007-08 of postgraduate studies, I was elected and
performed as team leader in four simultaneous projects (refining the e-business plan,
enhancing software consultancy, developing the e-commerce presentation and
providing support to the market analysis report). Acting as team leader allowed me to
focus on building and strengthening the project strategies for which the team earned
merit.
• Performed as team leader during undergraduate senior business plan in emerging
green technologies for e-business consultancy, inclusive of its final stage of opening
and closing speeches during the business plan presentation to venture capitalists from
Silicon Valley, sponsored by Microsoft.
• Leading Coach for Starbucks Coffee where I trained new and senior employees on store
policies and procedures for two years, earning awards for excellence.

Teamwork

• Postgraduate studies were comprised of team projects working with a diverse group of
six students of different nationalities (U.S., China, Dubai, Nigeria, Italy); where I was
responsible for the implementation of the business plan’s requirements in accounting,
finance, computer science, e-commerce, information technology, marketing and
entrepreneurship.
• Throughout these intense and demanding postgraduate team projects, I also managed
to perform extra administrative duties to increase team excellence, efficiency, and
ultimately brought a cohesive team to deliver a timely project for which, we as a team,
received a high score in merit.
• As pre-shift supervisor at Starbucks Coffee, I tailored and evolved a teamwork
environment by targeting individual employee motivations, in which store sales
increased and received awards of store excellence.

Communication

• Voluntarily implemented a project management framework utilizing Prince2 and

PMBOK to manage four simultaneous projects during postgraduate studies.
• Required each team project utilize Google Docs, Skype, Twitter, and .MAC (MobileMe)
alongside basic e-mail for mobile communications (voice, text, video).
• Researched and submitted a 9,600 word dissertation on e-commerce value creation,
and led a three member, 45-minute presentation on e-commerce to applause and
accolades.

Creativity

• During team projects in postgraduate studies, implemented affinity diagramming to

motivate idea creation in all physical project meetings.
• Utilized task and content analysis methodology to develop and design two
postgraduate project websites to document every component and functionality with
GUI mockups.
• As a Leading Coach at Starbucks, trained ‘tricks-of-the-trade’ alongside policy to
increase efficiency and increase morale.
