System Description Features & Benefits

System III BS is a field installed composite
waterproofing system comprised of a water-based
polymer modified asphalt (PMA) membrane with
polyester fabric reinforcement laminated to either a
polyolefin or HDPE geomembrane that is protected
by a HDPE or polypropylene drainage composite,
with exceptional water and chemical protections.
Seamless System - The fluid applied membrane
component of composite system ensure a
monolithic barrier even at the transitions.
Extremely Strong and Durable - The polyester fabric
reinforcement increases the strength of the system
while the HDPE or polyolefin fabric provide a tough
protective layer.

System Components Excellent Adhesion - The polymeric makeup of the

Ecoline-S (Interior Course): A spray fluid applied,
water-based polymer modified asphalt (PMA)
membrane.
Ecoshield-E (Middle Course): A tough polyolefin
geomembrane.
Ecodrain-S (Exterior Course): A polypropylene
core and non-woven polypropylene fabric drainage
composite.
waterproofing membrane provides excellent
bonding to substrate even in damp conditions.
Exceptional Chemical Resistance - The HDPE and
polyolefin component are very resistant to most
contaminates.
Redundancy - Provided by multiple waterproofing
membranes, protection courses and drainage.
