except for education subsets (ages 25+). UNEMP > 26 weeks is % of the unemployed.
The underemployment rate equals the officially unemployed, plus all marginally attached workers , plus
all part-time for economic reasons, as a percentage of the civilian labor force plus all marginally attached
workers. (BLS alternative measure U-6).
"Job growth" estimates by employers show change from previous month.
