EVIDENCE OF THE LAWYERS "FUTHERING THE PURPOSE"

These contract were utilized in every transaction deemed illegal by the government. The lawyers that provided legal services acting as legal architects by providing explicit “contracts” which structured the transactions deeded illegal by the government. According to the law, the lawyers providing these comprehensive “contracts” structured the payments of every transaction, directly “furthering the purpose.” By doing so, the lawyers exceeded the rendering of “legal opinion” or acting as “advisor” and became a willing participant, qualifying them as “criminal accomplices.” The “contracts” are part of the “same act” and “arose out of the same transaction” the government declares illegal. The acts of the lawyers are “inextricably intertwined” and “necessary to complete the story.” However, the prosecutors and my own defense attorneys have concealed the degree in which the lawyers are involved from the Court. To date, the Court is unaware of this vital fact.
