Federal prosecutors utilized these “contracts,” my evidence, in the prosecution of my co-defendants. The very evidence they forbid me to use, (view: http://www.scribd.com/doc/31280256/217-GOVT-MOT-IN-LIMINE-2-28-08 ) they used and entered into the case record as Governments EXHIBITS 2, 3-A, 3-B, and 3-C, during the trial of my co-defendant. Ironically, the Clerk of Courts Office informed me on May 26, 2010, these EXHIBITS have been removed from the system.
