F-35 Fighter

The F-35 is a fifth-generation multipurpose jet fighter envisioned by the US Air Force as a replacement for its entire fleet of aging jet fighters. That the $150 million jet is being manufactured before the design has been completely tested is a problem for the US taxpayers and potential buyers around the world. Like all recent jet aircraft designs, the F-35 is remarkably noisy.
