Corruption in the Clerk's Office - The BlueGem Saga

These documents prove beyond any doubt the Brevard Clerk of Courts Mitch Needelman violated Florida Statute 287.057 by issuing a bogus Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) and steering an $8.5 million contract to a company called BlueWare who is represented by his former lobbyist partner Matt DuPree. In a May 24th candidate forum Clerk Needelman denied both DuPree's involvement with BlueWare and that a vendor had been selected for the ITN, when in fact BlueGem had been wired a half million dollars teh day before.
