Corruption in the Clerk's Office - The Doctored Letter Scandal

Mitch Needelman tried to get Scott Ellis to sign a letter stating the office was a financial wreck. Ellis refused, and unbeknownst to Needelman took the letter with him. When Ellis made a campaign issue out of it, Needelman denied the existence of the letter. When Ellis produced the letter, Needelman then claimed it was a fake, and produced his own fake. When that didn't work out, he then tried to claim his version was based on revisions Ellis asked him to make. In the end, Needelman stamps the fake letter "official record" and calls it a day. Never mind the document is stamped is two months after the letter is dated.
