LCSO DAVE STARLING IS CORRUPT!

Starling conducted the re-investigation and it was just more falsification and corruption. When it was proven, neither Randy Thorp nor Chad Dennis were willing to address his corruption. Instead, Starling retaliated by attempting to interrogate me on a murder case of which I had no first hand knowledge and he had already closed. IF YOU KNOW ANYONE WHO IS BEING TRIED OR HELD IN LICKING COUNTY AND STARLING IS INVOLVED, PLEASE BE SURE TO SHARE THIS WITH THEM OR THEIR COUNSEL. CONSIDERING HIS TOTAL LACK OF INTEGRITY, WE CAN BE RELATIVELY SURE THAT HE HAS AND WILL LIED UNDER OATH.
