MARY JO'S SIMPLE HIGH-FAT PUDDING RECIPE:Take an avocado, coconut milk, unsweetened cocoa powder and a little stevia. I don't have any exact amounts, I just kind of played with it. But it is really rich and creamy and a great high-fat treat.
