Installation of FASTrax

It Requires: - MySQL Server 5.0 Server - MySQL Connector / ODBC 3.51 - MySQL Instance Configuration - FASTrax Setup.exe

Execute FASTrax Systems Log - In

FASTrax Icon

Open FASTrax by selecting the icon on Enter the Username and Password the desktop

Fleet Module Transaction


Open Fleet Module by Pressing F2 or Click this button

This module display the list of fleet materials information for both Vehicle / Non vehicle. Module is capable of adding, editing, deleting Fleet and issuing of Work Order

Creating New Vehicle Non -Vehicle

Add Information such as - Document Attachment - Other User Defined Fields Click New up arrow, then Non-Vehicle the key Vehicle Window will appear Non - Vehicle Window will appear Enter the values (red indicated textbox are required) Click Attachments & Others tab UDF tab

Add Information such as - Document Attachment - Equipment / Non Vehicle Attachment

Then Click Save Then Click Save

Issue a Work Order

New Work Order Window will appear

Enter the values (red indicated textbox are required)

Select an Equipment Then Click Issue Work Order

Add document attachments or User defined values

Select a repair type by checking the checkboxes

Add Laborer for repair types Add a Parts to be issued Then Click Save

Issue a Site RFQ

New Site RFQ Window will appear

Enter the values (red indicated textbox are required)

Open Site RFQ Module On Parts Required Tab

Select if the requested parts is coming from Stock or Work Order When the supplier replies, Open this module Cost then enter the cost Enter the again andthe Parts to and quantity they submitted be added

Click New Select parts and click Add

Then Click Save

Issue a Site PO

New Site PO Window will appear

Open Site PO Module On Parts Ordered Tab Select on the list of Parts Then Click this button Enter the values (red indicated textbox are required)

Add the Parts to order, Click Add Parts Click New

Click OK, after inserting parts Click Save, if all information are entered

Create a Packing List (POOR BOY)


New PB Packing List Window will appear

Open Poor Boy Module Select the Poor Boy and enter Ship Date

Enter the Qty and Notes of Part Select a part, then Click Add Then Click OK Click New Click Save, if all information are entered

Create a Field Service Mechanic(FSM) transaction


New PB Packing List Window will appear

Open FSM Module

Select the FSM Name and enter Destination, Officer, and others Enter the Qty and Notes for Parts

Then Click OK Click New Select a part, then Click Add Click Save, if all information are entered
