The High Expectancy Success Theory: Work for many people State that the name more you aspect (A) from the situation, the more success you will achieved. The more you focus on the positive factors of environment, the easier will be to remain positive.

So what is a Positive Attitude?

P.A is the outward manifestation of mind that dwells primarily on positive matters. It is a mind set tipped in favor of creative activity rather than boredom, joy over sadness & hope over futility. State of the mind which can be maintained only through conscious effort.

What is the Image Factor

It is the extent to which personal image and operational style influence internal promotion or external appointment. Personal image, management style and visibility are the things that will make the difference to how far you get and well get in organization. Careers now are responsibility of the individual, not the organization. Personal Image and Organizational Culture

Senior executive, middle manager, employees and employers in both public and private sectors operate business to multi-national corporation. Require Image image that necessary due to your profession, work environment and organizational culture.
