There are three stages in the production process They are: Water Chlorination- In this stage water is collected from the bore well which is then chlorinated. Filtration- In this stage, water is passed through different filters to kill the bacteria present in it. Filling- In the final stage, the water is Ozonated and then filled into bottles.

PRODUCTION PROCESS
Raw water Chlorination

In this stage, raw water is collected from the bore well and will be stored on 4000 Lts tank. Then the water will be chlorinated to kill the bacteria present on it.

PRODUCTION PROCESS ( CONTD)

Media Filtration- The process of removing particles or

iron from the water source. Manganese greensand (A resin used to oxidize the soluble iron in water and then to filter it out) and anthracite are often used in combination to eliminate particles greater than 10 microns.

PRODUCTION PROCESS ( CONTD)

Scale inhibition- The method uses a composition

composed of low molecular weight polyacrylic and phytic acid in a synergistic combination and significantly reduces build up of calcium, magnesium, and/or iron scale.
