OBJECTIVES: To identify horizontal wise gender disparity in the organization A gender balance approach To know where do the organization stand in respect of gender in comparison to other top companies

APPROACH : 1. Analyzed male female ratio at DOT level 2. Analyzed the male female ratio horizontal wise 3. Reviewed article on gender equality in your company by Vicki Donlevy & Rachel Silvera 4. Compared the gender ratio with top ranking companies & with the competetitor 5. Suggested the horizontals that needed attention

In todays competitive business environment , gender equality is given a major

concern in every organization. Many organizations take it as a stepping stone towards the success of the organization
In the process of the completion of my project I came to know about the initiatives

taken by other organization towards gender equality in India as well as in foreign countries
The top notch companies that are listed in great place to work , considers that

following a gender balance approach in their organizations has a major contribution towards their success
I learned about the initiatives like gender sensitization & gender audit that many

organizations follow to fill the gender gap in their organizations
