His Underlying principle: Is that, you undertake to do something you are confident of and have the capability to do it. This helps to lay the foundation to build a healthy relationship. He also believes that it is better to have a small part of a large, growing pie; than a large part of small shrinking one. Simple living-high thinking: A man who believes in Simple living high thinking. Even though he has a personal wealth of Rs. 2,500 crores, his lifestyle remains modest. He lives in a simple 2-bed room flat in Santacruz-Mumbai. Under-promising & Over-delivering: He has tremendous respect for people and sound philosophy of under-promising & over delivering.
