Limitations of the study:

The time is not sufficient to meet all the readers. Respondents suggestions may or may not be correct. Factors considered in the questionnaire may or may not be Sufficient. Sample size is too low to get the proper information. As many customers are not willing to give their opinions, we are unable to get

Proper information.
Opinions of readers may vary by time.

Suggestions:
Increase the level of advertisement through T.V. advertisement
They can do product enhancement by adding newsweekly supplements for Company news and for political news only. The company must keep a watch on its primary competitors in market in order to be able to compete with them The company should be always in a position to receive continuous feedback and suggestions from its customers/ consumers as well as from the market and try to

solve it without any delay to establish its own good credibility

The content of the newspaper must be designed in such a way it suits all professionals like corporate peoples, banks, auditors and especially students. Expand the sales by institutional selling in as schools and colleges

Conclusion:
Though there were certain limitations in the study that was conducted. The sample
allowed for some conclusions to be drawn on the basis of analysis that was done on the data collected. Financial express is very successful supplements has attracted the customers and more

useful to them, but from the survey it has come to notice that there are major problems in
delivery and service of newspaper in city. The data has clearly indicated that the financial express and competitive edge over the other products likes other business newspaper and mainly to focus increases more advertisement From the survey we found that the financial express is good in is coverage news and detailed information about the news and pretty good with its content compare to other business newspaper. However the editorial Column and the service of the newspaper has to be improved, some customer is not happy with the service provided by the financial express due to the vendor related issues, though the company has the excellent CRM system but the customer are not aware of the process, so the customer need to be made aware of the customer service.

Learnings:
The summer Internship project provided me with a great opportunity to work in the Financial Express where I learnt a lot about newspaper industry, the market strategies pricing strategies and much more This internship project provided me with a practical; experience than what we read from the books. This helped me a great exposure about the marketing field. I got a chance of facing a true selling experience, where we came across different kinds of people. This helped me to view a broader sense of what selling is. This project taught me a lot about what competition is in an actual corporate world, and how to face, survive and perform such kind of competition I was able to see out of the box what real marketing is. Whenever a person complaints and gives remarks about the newspaper, I defended our product ands at the same time I had the need to please and satisfy the customer where I needed a lot of patience in order convince the customer to sell our product.

This project taught me a lot of things about how brand name plays a major role in marketing a product. As I did my sales in a team, I was able to gain experience about teamwork and co ordination in working environment.

Based on the survey I have been able to find the perceptions of the people.
In short this marketing experience is a base for me, which will help me in the long run.
