CUSTOMER CHALLENGE SafetyComputing AS, a Norwegian internet service provider. To continue rendering high-quality services to its clients the Customer needed to migrate existing IT infrastructure based on Citrix XenApp 5 and Windows 2003 to Citrix XenApp 6. ScienceSoft consultants carried out Customers IT infrastructure analysis onsite, interviewed project stakeholders and developed migration plan. After it was confirmed by the Customer, vendors working team executed step-by-step migration scenario and created a special training course for the Customers employees, who will support the new system in future. CUSTOMER CHALLENGE SafetyComputing AS, a Norwegian internet service provider. The Customer was looking for a flexible and proactive supplier who is familiar with the latest technologies and could deliver hosting migration services from Microsoft Exchange 2003 to Microsoft Exchange 2010. ScienceSoft applied established process to manage the entire migration project from assessment and analysis to development and quality assurance procedures. After preparation phase vendors team calculated required hardware capacities and prepared IT infrastructure.
