CUSTOMER CHALLENGE SafetyComputing AS, a Norwegian internet service provider. To continue rendering high-quality services to its clients the Customer needed to migrate existing IT infrastructure based on Citrix XenApp 5 and Windows 2003 to Citrix XenApp 6. ScienceSoft consultants carried out Customers IT infrastructure analysis onsite, interviewed project stakeholders and developed migration plan. After it was confirmed by the Customer, vendors working team executed step-by-step migration scenario and created a special training course for the Customers employees, who will support the new system in future. The Customer received plug-and-play fault-tolerant Citrix XenApp 6 infrastructure to render its clients high-quality services. The migration was done seamless without affecting user data.

CUSTOMER CHALLENGE SafetyComputing AS, a Norwegian internet service provider. The Customer was looking for a flexible and proactive supplier who is familiar with the latest technologies and could deliver hosting migration services from Microsoft Exchange 2003 to Microsoft Exchange 2010. ScienceSoft applied established process to manage the entire migration project from assessment and analysis to development and quality assurance procedures. After preparation phase vendors team calculated required hardware capacities and prepared IT infrastructure. Having accomplished deployment and initial settings of the mailing system ScienceSoft team carried out users accounts migration from the old system to the new one.

The result of the project was creating ready-to-use new infrastructure with high fault tolerance level based on Microsoft Exchange 2010. The Customers clients got new functionality without any inconveniences caused by platform migration.
