The department head would assess the current faculty or teachers (full time faculty & probationary faculty )

If they comply with the requirements, they are being reinstated if not they are not renewed or end of contract. if the number of enrollee is high with higher demand of faculty they would fill in a requisition form (HRD form) and wait for the approval of the request if it is additional staff or additional faculty,

Our strategic plans are really anchored in our mission and vision like for example we wanted to become a university and becoming university we should undergo to an accreditation. One of the requirements of it is the alignment of the bachelors, experiences and others. And we are strict in terms of that kind of particular requirements.

Collegiate level: minimum requirements in terms of educational attainment: Masters Degree holder that should be aligned to your Bachelors Degree Engineering Department :you should be a board passer.

Teacher who is into a highly technical one : should have certain certifications relative to that kind of need or trainings. Basic education : the minimum requirements let passer or a licensed teacher.
In terms of monitoring, during the process, during the short listing of applicants, we validate if that particular applicant is qualified in terms of educational attainment. Then later, in terms of the skills and the attitude, we will assess during the process of the recruitment and selection.

quality education for our students we dont hire anymore a fresh college graduate but Masters degree holder.

At the same time, the Bachelors degree should be aligned to your Masters degree meaning if your Bachelors degree is BS Psychology and youre going to teach in BS Psychology, your Masters degree should be a Masters in Psychology,
if not, you have to take another Masters degree for you to be aligned or for you to become very competent for that particular position, more or less, ten years from now, the minimum requirement would be you should be a PHD holder.

know and follow the companies policy, you have to review it. be very specific in terms of handling the recruitment and selection process.

we must have patience because theres a lot of applicants and they have different attitudes.
You should not be bias.

Sometimes we people will judge others as they look. You have to assess all aspects of their personality.
