Self-Discipline (Pagdisiplina sa Sarili)
Even if you set a standard, the need for training and educating every member of the organization must continue. It is necessary to upgrade the skills and techniques of all the members of the workforce so that improvement and higher productivity can be constantly sought after. Top and middle management need to take extra care in discipline to set a good example, before you expect your subordinates to follow standards.
