The first step of making an ad is to get the details of the product or service to be advertised from the clients. This includes :
In the next step, details taken from the clients are analysed and clarifications are made if any are there. The ad agency then analyses the tastes , preferences , habits , income level and other factors of the target audience so as to create an effective advertisement on behalf of its clients.
After all the research work is done, various alternative ads are presented to the Account Officer , who selects the best 3-4 ads out of all the alternatives prepared by the Creative Designer. The selected ads are then shown to the clients for their approval. If the design is finalised by the client , it is then sent for printing or publishing , as the case may be. If not , the whole process needs to be carried out again so as to satisfy the clients and give them the best possible services.
The first step is to create and finalise the design for the banner . Designing of the banner is prepared by the Creative Designer and approved by the client.
In the next step , the design is embossed on the iron plates with the help of the negatives.
After finalising the design and making arrangements accordingl , the banners are printed. Size of the banners may differ so in case of small banners, maximum copies are printed on the banner sheet and then it is cut accordingly.
Banners are then cut into appropriate sizes and put up on pre-decided places so as to get attention of maximum customers.
Though with change in technology in the recent times, the process of plate making and negative has been replaced by new digital printing machines. The agency also takes charge of the maintenance of banners and hoardings.
