More than 67% employees are working in the organization for more than 3 years, It shows that there is a stable work force in the Ashwani Metals. About 94% employees roles & responsibility is clearly define, It indicates that there is SIMILARITY between authority and responsibility. About 89% employees are always getting support from the top management. It shows that the top management has a positive attitude towards employee. About 61% of employees are enthusiastic about their work, It Shows that workers do not work under any stress and satisfy with current position. About 94% employees agreed and comfortable with salary payment via Bank, It shows management is working systematically with security.
Conclusion
Ashwani company was incorporated on 6th of July 2002 . Entire manufacturing activity is carried out under ONE ROOF" under the constant supervision. Ashwani Metals has achieved tremendous GROWTH in the last four and a half year through the total dedication and motivated work force. This Organization has, the Production Department, Marketing Department, Human Resource Department and Finance Department of Ashwani Metals. Ashwani Metals is a large-scale unit and is a huge manufacturer of COPPER and COPPER ALLOY extrusions.. Company has also proposed various Marketing tools to boost up its sales for instant Foreign Treed EXHIBITION. . In this company it can be seen that there is BONDING between management and workers and hence result is to smooth functioning of the organizational activities.
