NGN, short form of the Next Generation Network, is a kind of service-driven

network. Service and call control are completely separate, so are the call control and bearer. It is a brand new network integrated with voice, data, fax and video services. The uniform of NGN can be integrated with communication, information, ecommerce and entertainment services, bringing the interactive dream into a truth. Telecom network, computer network and cable TV network are ultimately merged into a uniform IP network, that is the so-called voice/data/video 3-in-1 network.

Comprehensive Functions

SG7000 supports No. 7 signaling protocol, SIGTRAN protocol, TCP/IP

and Ethernet protocol, and implements the interconnection between No. 7 and IP.
The

SG7000 can work as a signaling agent point or signaling transition

point, and supports signaling messages forwarded between narrowband

network and IP network or forwarded in narrowband network.

The

SG7000 provides message screening, GT translation and multiple

signaling point functions.

The

SG7000 supports 64 Kbit/s and Q.703 2 Mbit/s high-speed signaling

SG7000 supports No. 7 signaling protocol, SIGTRAN

Networking in Signaling Transition Point Mode

M2PA or M3UA protocol is used for the networking with

soft switch.
The

SG7000 occupies independent signaling point code.

Advantage:

SG is work as active and standby for Softswitch. we can get the status between SG and Softswitch. SG can serve for many softswitchs.
