Assurance of Confidentiality
Section 4 of Commonwealth Act No. 591 provides that
Data furnished to the Bureau of Census and Statistics . . . shall not be used as evidence in court . . .; nor shall such data or information be divulged to any person except to authorized employees of the Bureau of Census and Statistics
Establishment
An economic unit under a single ownership or control, i.e., under a single legal entity, engaged in one or predominantly one kind of economic activity at a single fixed location

(PSIC)
to classify economic units according to their economic activities.
Establishments are classified by geographic area using the Philippine Standard Geographic Code
(PSGC)
as of December 31, 2010
