Objectives of study
To find the preference given by the respondents for various measures of ensuring proper and ethical advertising To study the customers perception and loyalty towards the Duke Fashion Ltd. To study the factors which affects the sales of a product.
Research Methodology.
Population: Sample size:- The sample size in this study is 100 customers. Sampling technique:- simple random sampling technique is being used. Data collection method:- The data has been collected through questionnaires. Area of the Study:- The area of the study is limited to the geographical boundaries of Ludhiana city.

It is analysed that out of hundred respondent 70% think television is appropriate , 20% thinks print media is appropriate , 15% thinks internet is appropriate and the rest 5% prefer some other media
