Departments: Sales Department Mr. Hameed khan is the head person of sales department. He deals with the issues of sale of diff products and services to the customers. As like Credit cards, Atm, Wiz, Diff types of financing Operation department Mr. Farrukh is the head man of this dept. He supervises all the activities and transactions within the branch.
Cash department
Chief Teller: Mr. Faisal is the chief teller of the branch. He manages the cash payments and the strong room of the branch. He also manages the ATM. Universal Teller: Mr. Amir is the universal teller of the branch. He makes online payments and all types of supervisions on the cash counter. He also receives the utility bills.
How the utility bills and other MISC expenses are controlled and managed? The branch is given a budget for these activities. It is the responsibility of Branch manager to manage the given budget in a efficient way.
The customers can make balance enquiry on telephone. They also can inform the branch in case of lost of any document and cheque book or any type of card. By the telephone banking one cannot stop the payment of cheque by the bank. Now these days banks are providing the facility of internet banking by which the customers can transfer the funds make shopping online. They are also well aware of their balances. By mobile banking the customers can transfer the funds. They also can pay the utility bills and know their account balances.
