VSPP
VSPP or Very Small Power Producer is a power generator of a private sector , state agency , state owned enterprise or individual who generate and sell electrical power less than 10 MW to MEA or PEA. Fuels which are used in a power generation process are solar energy , biogas and biomass energy , hydropower , natural gas and etc. The objectives for purchasing electrical power from VSPP are to support an efficient use of resources and reduce pollution effect to the environment

Number of VSPP

Condition or regulations to be authorized as VSPP

Power Generation Using Renewable Energy ( attached 1 ) Power Generation Using Cogeneration Energy ( attached 2 )

The procedure to be authorized as VSPP

1. Procedures and criteria for consideration of power purchase from VSPPs. 2. Conditions for purchasing electrical power from VSPPs. 3. Power purchasing point and connection point. 4. Costs incurred for VSPPs.
