Learning from Old/Young Lady

Belief System

What I see = What is What other see which I dont, must be respected. Others see something else as they are not matured/wise/experienced. [sa duinayaa mao paagalaaokI kmaI nahI hO
I am a wise guy and can always see that others dont. These trainers are psudo wise and want to show how smart they are. They should be shown their place. I know -------------

Learning from Old/Young Lady workshop.

1. Two people can see the same thing, disagree and yet both be right.

2.

Through continued, calm, respectful and specific communication, each of us can finally see others point of view.
How powerfully conditioning affects our perceptions, our paradigms. If 10 seconds can have such strong impact then what about conditioning of a life time? Paradigms are the sources of our attitudes and behaviors. Both our attitude and behavior towards lady will be consistent with the way we saw her.

3. 4. 5. 6.

Learning from Old/Young Lady.

6. Trying to change outward attitudes and behaviors will fail in the long run if we will fail to examine the basic paradigms from which those attitudes and behaviors flow. Where we stand depends on where we sit. We think we see things as they are and we are objective.

7. 8.

9.

Actually we see the world as we are conditioned. When we describe the world we describe ourselves, our paradigms.
When people disagree we think something is wrong with them. This exercise shows sincere, clearheaded people see things differently, each looking though the unique lens of experience.

Power of Paradigm
Our Paradigm governs the way we See Way we See governs the way we Behave

Way we Behave governs the Results we get.

THUS OUR SEEING DECIDES THE BEING DECIDES THE ACTION DECIDES THE RESULTS

Paradigm Shift
Changing the way we look at various aspects of our life to change the kind of results we have been continuously producing.

Paradigm Shift

Seeing & Being

What we see is related to what we are. For seeing differently we have to

be differently.
Change of vision is result of and limited by our character.

Seeing & Being

All paradigm shifts are not instantaneous, some are slow, difficult and deliberate processes. A new paradigm can be created by investing in the growth and development of our own character. The power of paradigm shift is the essential power of quantum change.

Paradigm of You-You One needs others to get what one wants. I blame you for results.

Paradigm of I I.

Current social paradigm. I can do it.

I am responsible.

I am self reliant.

Paradigm of We We.

Life is by nature interdependent. Choice only independent people have.

Team work.

A new level of thinking

The significant problems we face cant be solved at the same level of thinking

Albert Einstein

A new level of thinking

Problems we have cannot be solved by same level of thinking when we created them.

A new level inside out approach to personal and interpersonal issues in life.
For getting secondary greatness success, focusing on primary greatness character.

Improve ourselves before improve relationships. Out side in approach immobilizes us - Making us busy in confessing others sins. - Telling us that Problem is out there - Work on personality (out side) will bring us desired results. A continuous process.

How this Habit is Formed?

Going back by the definition, habit is what we do repeatedly. So for forming a habit, there must be an action. For an action to take place there must be thought/ perception So If I want to change a habit, I must change my thought/Perception

Characteristics of Habit.
Consistent, unconscious patterns expressing our character daily. Habits are like a gravity pull.

Breaking a tendency such as impatience, selfishness that makes us ineffective, need more than some willpower or minor changes.
