WHAT ARE NANOBOTS ?? HOW DOES THEY LOOK LIKE ?? NEED FOR NANOIDS DESIGN NAVIGATION APPLICATIONS OF NANOBOTS REQUIREMENTS ADVANTAGES DISADVANTAGES LIMITATIONS CONCLUSION

HAT ARE NANOROBOTS?

Nanorobots are quintessential anoelectromechanical systems designed to erform a specific task with precision at nanoscale mensions.

nanorobots is the echnology of creating obots at or close to icroscopic scale of a anometer (10-9 m)

A nanometer is just one llionth of a meter,a ength in which only 10 oms can be placed.

D FOR NANOBOTS
Nanomachines are largely in the research-and-development phase, but some primitive molecular machines have been tested. An example is a sensor having a switch approximately 1.5 nanometers across, capable of counting specific molecules in a chemical sample. The first useful applications of nanomachines, if such are ever built, might be in medical technology, where they might be used to identify cancer cells and destroy them. Another potential application is the detection of toxic chemicals, and the measurement of their concentrations, in the environment

DESIGNING OF NANOROBOTS

Nanorobots will possess full panoply of utonomous subsystems whose design is derived from biological models

The various omponents in the nanorobot design may include onboard ensors, motors, manipulators, power upplies, and molecular computers.

The manipulator arm can be driven by a detailed sequence of control signals. Control signals received by the robot arm via an onboard sensor using a simple "broadcast architecture"[43, 44, and 45]
There are two main approaches to building at the nanometer scale 1.positional assembly 2.self-assembly.

NAVIGATION

Nanorobot navigation: - Uses plane surfaces (three fins total) - Propulsion by bi-directional propellers: two simultaneously countertating screw drives - navigational acoustic sensors

nanorobots can move with x-degrees-of-freedom, i.e., rbitrary translation and otation fins and propellers.

External navigation systems might useS ULTRASONIC IGNALS to pilot the anorobot to the right ocation

Nanorobots Consists of three main parts like 1. DNA sensor, 2. CPU, 3. RNA converter & the power system.

REQUIREMENTS
It should be very small so that the blood capillary flow is not affected. It should not be affected by the WBC. It should convert the infected WBC into the original WBC in a very faster manner. It should be made of cheaper rates, so that the patient can afford it easily.

ADAVANTAGES
The nanorobots do not generate any harmful activities there is no side effect. It operates at specific site only.

The initial cost of development is only high but the manufacturing by batch processing reduces the cost.

DISADVANTAGES
The nanorobot should be very accurate, otherwise harmful effects may occur. The initial design cost is very high. The design of this nanorobot is a very complicated one

LIMITATIONS
Chemists object that an assembler could need ten robotic fingers to carry out their operations and that there isnt room for them all.

This technology is still science fiction and an unfamiliar territory.

CONCLUSION
The old dreams of expanding the biosphere beyond our one vulnerable planet suddenly look feasible once more.

NOTHING IS PERMANENT EXCEPT CHANGE

External navigation systems might use a variety of different methods to pilot the nanorobot to the right location
