ORGANIZATIONAL MANAGEMENT
Advantages of CRM org model CRM org model is very flexible i.e. N number of levels are possible whereas in R/3 only 5 levels are possible i.e. Sales Area, sales office and Sales group. One model for sales, service and EBP. Automatic determination: Flexible determination of the responsible organizational units in the Business Transactions. DAY1- AGENDA Time validities and Periods are possible Org Units are created automatically as Business Partners.

ORGANIZATIONAL MANAGEMENT
Object Types Object types are building blocks in an organizational model for ex: Organizational Unit, Position and Holder. Organizational Unit Organizational Unit are functional units of an enterprise. According to how tasks are distributed in an enterprise these can be Departments or DAY1- AGENDA Groups.

ORGANIZATIONAL MANAGEMENT
Positions Positions are concrete in an organization and represent the functional Distribution of tasks and the report structure in an organizational Plan. Holder A holder is a Natural Person and is assigned to a Position in an Organizational Plan. Organizational Units are mandatory components DAY1- AGENDA of an Organizational Model; Positions and Holders can be used optionally.

Dummy Division If the division field in the CRM system is empty, a dummy division is given for copying data into the R/3 system. Number Assignment Number assignment is allocating a set of numbers to a particular business object.

Automatic Generation Automatic Generation of an org model is for automatically generating the R/3 Organizational model in CRM. An A.Gener. Can only be executed once, for which no org model should exists in CRM. Finally, Only Sales scenario can be generated whereas Purchasing and Service are not supported.

Organizational data profile Specifies how the system determines organizational data and specifies which organizational data is required for org data determination. Organization Data Determination ODD occurs differently in ISA. The following two options are available for determining DAY1- AGENDA organizational data in CRM document.

i. Settings in the variant of the product catalog If a sales order is created in on the web, the responsible organizational units are specified in the variant of the product catalog. One maintains the sales organization and the distribution channel for the ISA order in the variant of the product catalog. The division (at item level) is determined from the DAY1- AGENDA product master. The sales office is set in the web shop.
