A call to Guatemala revealed that the potential bridesmaid had several commitments and could not possibly leave the country until April 10

Answer
Normally, the bridesmaid requires 10 days to reach. If she cannot leave before April 10, that means 10 + 10 days extra + 2 days dress fitting + 2 days dress cleaning = 24 days. Even if we crash dress cleaning activity (i.e. 1 day crash) still itll be 23 days whereas it should be 21 days before rehearsals. So, no use crashing this activity. Therefore, well have to fly the bridesmaid in 2 days, thus incurring $500 cost.
