Social Responsibility Managers (SRM) is a social development solutions provider, made up of a dedicated team of internationally certified Project Managers and Management Consultants with ample experience in the development sector.

Registered as a NGO, we are primarily dedicated to helping the underprivileged, underserved, needy individuals and

communities. We achieve this objective by influencing and partnering with governments, corporate organisations and citizens to ensure each group contributes significantly to the overall development of the society.

In order to achieve the organisational objective, our operations are directed through three focal areas namely:

We partner with corporate organisations to help them maximally create impact, first internally within the organisation and then, externally in the communities where they operate and reach through sustainable development projects that are ethically executed and professionally measurable.

Our PSR approach is focused on addressing public social service

deficits through the design and implementation of Legacy Projects. SRMs Legacy Projects are targeted at assisting governments to provide essential social services to the general public . We ensure these projects are sustainable having immediate and evident impact by consistently following our Value process shown below -

We sensitize, motivate and facilitate active participation of citizens in governance and democratic process through our diverse programs including:

Power of One Campaigns Creating opportunities for individuals to contribute to the development of the society. Nigeria Reloaded Targeted at secondary school students. We design and

present them with activities that help them learn about Nigeria and how they
can contribute to the governing process. JPET (Job Placement and Employment Training) Targeted at senior secondary school graduates. We help them identify productive occupation they can engage in and assist them acquire the relevant skills. Artisan Pro Targeted at young artisans to help them apply business management basics in their venture. Village Bonanza We help connect the divide between the haves and have nots by mobilizing people to donate clothing, household and electronic items. These items are taken to villages to distribute among the villagers.
