Conclusion
Implementation of Vending Machine using FSM has been described. Schematic and Layout of different components used in design are made and their output is verified. Layout of final schematics is made and extracted layout has been

simulated, which also provides desired results.

Acknowledgement
I express my gratitude and appreciation for all those with whom I worked and interacted at IC Design Group, Central Electronics Engineering Research Institute (CSIR-CEERI), Pilani (Raj) and thank all of them for their help and co-operation. I am thankful to Dr. Chandra Shekhar, Director, CSIR-CEERI for providing me an opportunity to work in this elite institute of Indian Scientists.

I owe my sincere gratitude to Dr. Abhijit Karmakar, (Scientist ICDG) CSIR-CEERI, Pilani for their useful guidance, invaluable advices and suggestions at every stage of the project, without which it would have been hardly possible to complete the task. It is a great privilege to have an opportunity to work and learn a lot under their guidance.
I also express my extended thankfulness to Mr. Anil Saini, Mr. Pushpendra, Mr. Yashu for their support during my experiments and also sharing their ideas for my smooth sailing of the project. Last but not the least, I would like to thank all my friends who directly or indirectly helped me, and made my stay at pilani memorable and pleasant.
