Purchasing Scrap- In this step, aluminium bought from scrap dealers. The scrap is bought at Rs. 80 per kg Melting process- The scrap of aluminium is melted so that it can be given any shape we want. It also removes the impurities. The leftover from other processes is also melted along with the scrap.

Pure aluminium Plate- The Melted aluminium is converted into pure aluminium plates.
Heating- The aluminium plates formed are reheated in a furnace. The fireman ensures proper temperature control in furnace.

Rolling Machines-These aluminium plates are rolled in HOT ROLLING MACHINE and later in COLD ROLLING MACHINE to provide aluminium sheets in a preferred gauge. One selected worker keeps a continuous watch to ensure rolling within laid down tolerances.

Falla Cutting- The sheets drawn out of the Rolling Machines can be of long length so these sheets are cut into half using THE CUTTING MACHINE. Circle Cutting-After this process, the sheets are cut into Aluminium Circle using CIRCLE CUTTING MACHINE. Spinning-The aluminium circles are then put in the spinning machines. These circles and spinned at a high speed and den moulded in the shape of a rig bowl or bucket or whatever product is required. The product is later washed properly and dried.

Polishing- After that the product is sent to the CHALAI section to remove the upper layer of the aluminium utensil to give shine in the utensil. It can also be possible to not go through this process as required by the customer. Dispatch-The quality assured products are packed in gunny bags. They are stored in the warehouse and are dispatched to the customers shops on demand. The company have their own set of 5 trucks for this as the distance to be covered is usually very large.

Stock register-This book entered the stock being produced and being sold in the market. Personal ledger account-The personal ledger is accounts maintained for transaction related to persons. The ledger is maintained by having a debit on one side and credit on one side.

Tax invoice- These were invoices given to the customers which would resale the products like the dealers. Retail invoice- These were invoices given to the direct customers who bought the utensils for their own use. This consisted of a very small number.

In the book of service tax, the transportation charges for the delivery of goods were recorded. This amount was 75% exempted and only 25% of the amount was taxable. Service Tax to be paid was 12%. So annually around Rs. 4,000 was paid for service tax.
