We cant say that hand-carried products dodge the law because it depends on the type of the product.Hand-carried products usually come in small quantities.Because tax is not being paid, they can be sold for cheaper.The State budget is certainly losing revenue. Hand-carried products are unofficial imports.Quality control is different or lacking cpmpletely. They are often goods that are not found in the domestic market, so establising if they are good or bad quality can be very difficult.Consumers take a risk in buying these products.
