Objectives:
At the end of the seminar, participants are expected to:

1.) Appreciate the meaning and importance of Leadership; 2.) Differentiate Leadership from Management; 3.) Define and understand the Qualities/Skills of a Good Leader; 4.) Understand and develop Leadership Skills; 5.) Assess curent level of Leadership; and 6.) Be able to apply Leadership Skills in workplace, personal dealings and respective communities....

WHAT IS LEADERSHIP?
-the process of socially influencing people to accomplish a particular task -working with the team to achieve set goals, rather than making the team work to achieve the same -setting up new goals, vision or planning a new strategy while managing the group and its resources for the expected optimum output -it is about doing the right things
