Kerala Solvent Extraction Limited entered in the solvent industry. Dr. P. S. Lokanathan Committee set up to study the feasibility of starting new industry. Started in Irinjalakuda. The last 3 decades has seen KSE emerging as leader in solvent extraction and ready mixed cattle manufacturing in the country.

study was done with the limited details given by the officers. It is difficult to get more details from the employees, as they are busy with their works. The time was limited for a deep study and analysis of the organization. Many official documents cannot reveal by the management.

SUGGESTION
Improve
the advertisement about the products. The company has to maximize the production capacity thereby the company can reduce its cost Conduct more seminars and programs for the farmers in order to aware about the products and their significance Allot more number of representatives in the market to ensure the availability of feed in the market to avoid any shortage of feeds. Encourage the retailers to stock more quantity of feeds in their shops. Increase the number small lots.
